Critically, you will be expected to use AI-enabled development workflows not as a productivity shortcut but as a genuine engineering methodology: taking loosely defined integration requirements and using Claude Code and agentic tooling to plan, refine, and deliver production-quality outcomes. <section><p class="heading jdMain">وصف العمل</p><p class="heading">الأدوار والمسؤوليات</p><div class="paragraph"><p>نحن نبحث عن موظف استقبال أمامي محترف ومنظم ومتمحور حول العميل للانضمام إلى فريقنا.</p><p>المسؤوليات الرئيسية:</p><ul><li>استقبال الضيوف والزوار ومساعدتهم بطريقة ودية ومهنية.</li><li>التعامل مع المكالمات والرسائل الإلكترونية والاستفسارات الواردة.</li><li>إدارة إجراءات الدخول والخروج بكفاءة.</li><li>معالجة الحجوزات والحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة.</li><li>التنسيق مع الأقسام الأخرى لضمان خدمة ضيف ممتازة.</li><li>أداء واجبات إدارية عامة وبرف المكتبية الأمامية.</li></ul><p>وردية:</p><p>ورديات مرنة (صباح/مساء)</p></div></section><section><p class="heading">المرشح المثالي</p><p class="paragraph"></p><p>يفضل وجود خبرة سابقة في المكتب الأمامي، الاستقبال، خدمة العملاء، أو الضيافة.</p><p>مهارات اتصال وتواصل قوية.</p><p>مهارات حاسوبية جيدة وإلمام ببرامج مايكروسوفت أوفيس.</p><p>القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وتعدد المهام في بيئة سريعة.</p><p>مظهر مهني و attitude إيجابي.</p><p>إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية مطلوب؛ العربية أساسية. -معرفة اللغة الفرنسية تعتبر ميزة.</p><p></p></section>

<p>قيادة والإشراف على جميع عمليات الواجهة الأمامية اليومية. دفع مبيعات العضوية من خلال الاستشارات والمتابعات وتحويل القيادات. مراقبة أداء الفريق والتأكد من تحقيق معايير خدمة عالية باستمرار. دعم تحقيق أهداف المبيعات الشهرية والأهداف التشغيلية. المساعدة في خلق أجواء صالة رياضية إيجابية ومرحبّة ومشجعة.</p><p><strong>المرشح المطلوب</strong></p><p>تجنيد وتدريب وتحفيز وإدارة فريق استقبال العملاء. تقديم تجربة استثنائية للعميل لكل عضو وزائر. التعامل مع استفسارات الأعضاء وتعليقاتهم وشواغلهم باحتراف. بناء علاقات طويلة الأمد مع الأعضاء لتعظيم الاحتفاظ والرضا. الحفاظ على سجلات الأعضاء بدقة وتحديث الأنظمة الداخلية.
