الواجبات الوظيفية: <br>•الإشراف على أعمال هيكل الفولاذ اليومية في الموقع والتأكد من التنفيذ وفقاً للرسومات المعتمدة ومواصفات المشروع. <br>•التنسيق مع الفريق الفني، والموقع، والمقاولين من الباطن، وإدارة المشروع لضمان سير العمل بسلاسة والتنفيذ الصحيح في الموقع. <br>•مراجعة وفهم الرسومات الإنشائية، ورسومات التركيب، والرسومات التنفيذية، وتفاصيل الوصل قبل التنفيذ. <br>•مراقبة أنشطة تركيب الفولاذ بما في ذلك المحاذاة، والتسوية، وربط البراغي، واللحام، والتوصيلات الإنشائية. <br>•التأكد من أن جميع أعمال الفولاذ تتم وفق معايير الجودة وإجراءات التفتيش المعتمدة. <br>•متابعة تقدم العمل في الموقع والتأكد من الانتهاء وفق الجدول الزمني والمعايير المخططة. <br>•تحديد القضايا الفنية أو المتعلقة بالموقع والإبلاغ عنها فوراً إلى مدير المشروع. <br>•التأكد من التعامل الصحيح والتخزين والاستخدام لأعضاء الفولاذ والمواد المتعلقة في الموقع مع الحد الأدنى من الخسارة. <br>•مراقبة إنتاجية القوة العاملة وتوزيع المهام بكفاءة لتحقيق الأهداف اليومية والأسبوعية. <br>•فرض إجراءات الصحة والسلامة في الموقع والتأكد من ارتداء الفريق معدات الوقاية الشخصية واتباع أساليب العمل الآمنة. <br> <br>التعليم: <br>•دبلوم أو شهادة تقنية في الهندسة المدنية، الهندسة الميكانيكية، الأعمال الإنشائية، أو مجال ذو صلة. <br>•معرفة قوية بطرق تركيب هيكل الفولاذ، والرسومات، وممارسات البناء. <br>•قدرة جيدة على قراءة وتفسير الرسومات الإنشائية والتقنية. <br>•الإلمام بمتطلبات اللحام، والتثبيت، والمحاذاة، وربط الفولاذ. <br>•فهم جيد لأنظمة السلامة في الموقع وإجراءات مراقبة الجودة. <br>•القدرة على الإشراف على الفرق والتنسيق مع عدة أقسام في الموقع. <br>•مهارات تواصل وحل مشاكل جيدة. <br>•القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط والالتزام بمواعيد المشروع

<h2 class="h5">وصف الوظيفة</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> نتيجة الخدمة<br>تجنب أية مشاكل كهربائية أو أي عطل في الكهرباء داخل مباني الأمم المتحدة في UNSCOL.<br> مكان العمل<br>UNSCOL<br> المدة المتوقعة<br>6 أشهر<br> الواجبات والمسؤوليات<br>تحت الإشراف المباشر لمساعدة اللوجستيكية، يقوم صاحب المنصب بالمهام التالية داخل مباني UNSCOL الواقعة في فيلا سنهوي، يرزة، بعبدا: إجراء صيانة، تفتيش، إصلاح، تركيب، اختبار وتوصيل جميع الأجهزة الكهربائية داخل مباني UNSCOL. تركيب المكوّنات الكهربائية وفق المواصفات المعمارية ومواءمة بالرموز. تمرير الأسلاك عبر القناة. اختبار الاتصالات الكهربائية بمعدات قياس مثل جهاز فولت/أوم وذو المقاييس والرسم الذبذبي. اختبار أو إصلاح المعدات المعتمدة على الكهرباء. المساعدة أو إجراء الإصلاحات الميكانيكية، (مثل قواطع صناعية ثلاثية الأطوار، تمرير القناة، سحب الأسلاك ولوحات التحكم الآلي. تفتيش دوري للمعدات، اختبار واستبدال قواطع الدائرة والمفاتيح. يجب أن يساعد الكهربائي في حالات الطوارئ على مدار 24 ساعة/7 أيام في الأسبوع ويجب عليه الإبلاغ عن المبنى فور استدعائه لإصلاح المشاكل التي قد تحدث.<br> المؤهلات/المهارات الخاصة<br>دبلوم المدرسة الثانوية أو ما يعادله. ثلاث سنوات من الخبرة في الإصلاح والصيانة الكهربائية، أو مجال ذي صلة.<br> اللغات<br>الطلاقة في العربية ومعرفة الإنجليزية مطلوبة.<br> معلومات إضافية<br>من المتوقع أن يكون المتعاقد الفرد مقيمًا في لبنان وأن يحضر إلى الواجب في بعبدا كلما دعت الحاجة وخلال حالات الطوارئ، والتي قد تشمل عطلات نهاية الأسبوع وفي الليل.<br> لا توجد رسوم<br>الأمم المتحدة لا تفرض رسوماً في أي مرحلة من عملية التوظيف (التقديم، مقابلة، المعالجة، أو التدريب). الأمم المتحدة لا تتدخل في معلومات عن حسابات بنكية للمتقدمين.<br><br><br> </div>

The ideal candidate will oversee operations related to manufacturing, supply chain management, quality control, and process optimization within the glass and silica sector.
