Before work proceeds, the coordinator shall ensure that the relevant drawings and technical information are current, coordinated, approved, and understood by the parties executing the works.

<br>Liaison Between Design and Site Teams

<br>The role shall serve as the daily technical interface between the architect and design consultants on one side, and the project delivery team on the other. This includes communicating site conditions, installation constraints, sequencing requirements, dimensional conflicts, and construction feedback to the design team in a clear and timely manner.

<br>The Site Technical Coordinator shall translate approved design intent into practical on-site guidance without making unauthorized design changes. When clarification is required, the coordinator shall prepare and track Requests for Information (RFIs), technical submissions, samples, and proposals, and shall follow up until an approved resolution is issued and communicated to the responsible teams.

The role shall verify dimensions, interfaces, finishes, levels, tolerances, access requirements, maintenance considerations, and coordination with MEP services before submitting items for consultant review.
