<p>The American Red Cross is currently seeking a Mobile SAF-IS Regional Program Specialist to support the Service to Armed Forces and International Services Division mission. This position is regional, but also part of our mobile staff which requires meeting strict medical and security clearances prior to employment. In this role worldwide deployment is a condition of employment. Mobile staff members typically deploy for 6 months at a time, approximately once every 18-24 months, and can be sent to any military base in the world. Relocation assistance is only available for current employees within a 50-mile radius within the division.</p>

<p>On Sales and Marketing</p>
<ul>
<li>Possess comprehensive knowledge of the marketed products as well as competitors products</li>
<li>Meet quantitative and qualitative targets focusing on vertical and horizontal distribution</li>
<li>Monitor and stay up to date with competition activities and report to Customer Development Manager and Business Unit Manager (competition promotions, price modifications, new launches...)</li>
<li>Ensure excellence in the execution of launching plans for new products initiatives</li>
<li>Coordinate with the Educator to win or grow accounts, participate in customer's training sessions and follow up accordingly</li>
<li>Identify potential Key Accounts, put a plan to grow them in coordination with the Customer Development Manager and ensure proper implementation</li>
<li>Suggest creative ideas for Marketing Department to increase traffic on social media</li>
<li>Follow up on client balances, be aware ahead of time of dues, learn client history and prepare a collection plan to collect dues as per deadline</li>
<li>Follow the call cycle to maintain proper area coverage and request amendment of cycle as per customer and Business Unit Manager requirement</li>
<li>Optimize daily calls by knowing how to allocate time and plan ahead</li>
<li>Ask marketing department for Point of Sale Materials (POSM) and Gift With Purchase (GWP) in order to increase sales</li>

<p>On Customer Service</p>
<ul>
<li>Perform regular visits in a courteous and efficient manner in order to ensure customer satisfaction and retention</li>
<li>Handle returns, exchanges, customer complaints and report any problem to the Customer Development Manager in order to take corrective measures</li>
<li>Ensure excellence in the execution of launching plans for new products initiative</li>
<li>Build and maintain a distinguished relationship with the customer's key employees</li>

<p>On Merchandising</p>
<ul>
<li>Secure premium brand visibility at the customer premises as primary or/and secondary display</li>
<li>Secure adequate storage and shelving at the customer premises to optimize sell out</li>

<p>On Reporting</p>

<li>Keep records of client situation by submitting monthly report to Customer Development Manager and Business Unit Manager of sales evolution, promotional and marketing activities versus plan. Suggest corrective measures whenever needed to ensure objectives are met</li>
