<section><p class="heading jdMain">وصف الوظيفة</p><p class="heading">الأدوار والمسؤوليات</p><div class="paragraph"><p>إجراء فحوصات الجودة على المواد الخام، والإنتاج أثناء المعالجة، والمنتجات الجاهزة.</p><p>إجراء اختبارات جودة روتينية وتوثيق نتائج التفتيش.</p><p>ضمان الامتثال لمعايير GMP و HACCP ومعايير الجودة الخاصة بالشركة.</p><p>تحديد قضايا الجودة ودعم الإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية.</p><p>مراقبة ممارسات النظافة والصحة داخل منشأة الإنتاج.</p><p>إعداد تقارير الجودة والاحتفاظ بوثائق دقيقة.</p><p>التعاون مع الإنتاج والمخازن وغيرها من الأقسام للحفاظ على جودة المنتج.</p></div></section><section><p class="heading">المرشح المثالي</p><p class="paragraph"></p><ul><li>درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الغذاء أو الكيمياء أو علم الأحياء أو الهندسة الصناعية أو مجال ذي صلة.</li><li>يفضل خبرة من 1 إلى 3 سنوات في مراقبة الجودة ضمن صناعة السلع الاستهلاكية سريعة الحركة أو تصنيع الأغذية.</li><li>معرفة بنظام GMP و HACCP و ISO 22000 أو معايير سلامة الغذاء الأخرى يعتبر ميزة.</li><li>انتباه قوي بالتفاصيل ومهارات تحليلية.</li><li>قدرات اتصال جيدة والعمل الجماعي.</li></ul><p></p></section>
