Radisson Blu Martinez Hotel, Beirut is seeking to hire Front Office Supervisor <br> <br>Job Duties & Responsibilities <br>• Welcome guests and ensure a professional and friendly check-in and check-out experience <br>• Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly resolve complaints or service issues <br>• Ensure accurate handling of reservations, room assignments, billing, payments, and guest requests <br>• Coordinate effectively with Housekeeping, Reservations, Maintenance, and other departments <br>• Ensure proper cash handling and accurate completion of shift reports <br>• Maintain high standards of service, professionalism, and guest confidentiality <br>• Assist the Front Office Manager with administrative and operational duties as required <br>Job Requirements <br>• Previous experience in a front office or guest services role, preferably within a hotel or hospitality environment <br>• Previous supervisory or team-lead experience is preferred <br>• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills <br>• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities <br>• Good organizational and multitasking skills <br>• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure <br>• Familiarity with hotel property management systems (PMS) is preferred <br>• Professional appearance and a positive, guest-focused attitude <br>• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required
