Job Purpose Responsible for achieving sales and distribution targets within an assigned territory, by effectively promoting, selling and ensuring proper visibility of the company brands.<br>Perform duties in accordance with Malia Group Policies and Procedures. <br><br> Duties And Responsibilities <strong>On Product and Competition Knowledge</strong> <br>-Possess comprehensive knowledge of the marketed and competitors’ products in order to answer all clients’ inquiries.<br><strong>On Sales & Market Coverage</strong> <br>-Implement sales fundamentals and abide by the steps of call during visits.<br>-Mention reasons behind unsuccessful calls and way forward.<br>-Achieve sales and distribution targets assigned by Area Sales Supervisor (by brand, area, sub-area…).<br>-Timely request from Area Sales Supervisor cycle amendments upon client closure, new client activation and client potential revision.<br>-Continuously enhance vertical distribution: ensure core SKUs per channel are available at concerned Point of Sale (POS).<br>-Continuously enhance horizontal distribution: thoroughly scan assigned area and open timely new customers in order to reach the targeted number of active clients. Fill and submit visa client on the spot and ensure information inserted is accurate (classification and categorization).<br><strong>On Visibility & Marketing</strong> <br>-Ensure accurate and timely implementation of any marketing initiative and product launch.<br><strong>On Stock Management</strong> <br>-Avoid out-of-stock and overstock situation by accurately assessing the clients’ storage space and placing orders that meet the clients' capacity.<br>-Keep the Area Sales Supervisor informed regarding products performance (overachievement/underachievement).<br>-Ensure the implementation of requested stock depletion activity.<br><strong><br>On Receivables</strong> <br>-Ensure the implementation of the company’s credit policy and procedure.<br>-Timely collect from clients all due invoices, avoiding any discrepancy in client accounts.<br>-In case of any modification of client status requiring a revision of client credit terms (upgrade or even reduction of limit/payment delay), fill the excess limit form and follow up until its approval.<br>-Avoid doubtful clients by performing needed reference checks prior to filling an excess limit form.<br>-Inform Area Sales Supervisor and get approval, in case of valid reason to process an order for a client with unpaid dues.<br>-Treat with urgency (within 24 hours) returned checks.<br>-Timely provide customer with Statement Of Account to avoid payment delays and conduct annual reconciliations.<br><strong>On Return Management</strong> <br>-Provide customer with all contractual terms (price list, payment terms) to avoid order return upon delivery and ensure acknowledgment.<br>-Treat customer return request promptly, inform Area Sales Supervisor upon return request, provide rational behind it and follow up until matter is closed.<br><strong>On Delivery Matters</strong> <br>-Abide by the call cycle to ensure match with delivery cycle.<br>-Investigate any delay in delivery and report the case to the Area Sales Supervisor when needed.<br>-Ensure customer has no unjustified unpaid dues before placing the order to avoid order being blocked at credit level and leading to delivery delays.<br><strong>On Customer Satisfaction and PR</strong> <br>-Identify, advise and fulfill customers’ needs.<br>-Build and maintain good relations with POS decision makers and store merchandisers.<br>-Keep Area Sales Supervisor informed of customer complaints and non-conformities and take corrective actions accordingly.<br>-Ensure excellent customer service by efficiently taking orders, verify product, quantity, price, payment modality... Courteously inform customer about out-of-stock products and assist with substitutes when applicable.<br><strong><br>On Compliance</strong> <br>-Ensure the implementation of company’s policy and procedure to maximize productivity and avoid risks.<br><strong>On Reporting</strong> <br>-Submit to the Area Sales Supervisor reports including (achievement versus target, price fishing, competitor initiatives, new launched products, challenges, opportunities, recommendations).<br> <br> </div>

Job Purpose <span>Responsible for developing and executing marketing, PR, and education plans aligned with brand strategy.<br>Responsible for supporting sales through marketing tools, training, and performance insights.<br>Responsible for managing digital presence, social media content, and influencer collaborations.<br>Perform duties in accordance with Malia Group Policies and Procedures.</span> <br><br> Duties And Responsibilities On Marketing Planning & Execution<br>• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify areas of opportunity or concern.<br>• Develop and implement the annual marketing, PR, and education plans in coordination with the Educator and in alignment with the principal’s brand strategy.<br>• Coordinate with principals to secure all assets, tools, and guidelines needed for brand launches and marketing campaigns.<br>• Ensure the timely and impactful execution of new product launches, while maintaining proper pricing, positioning, and brand messaging.<br>• Conduct regular market visits to monitor marketing initiative implementation, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines.<br>• Create, maintain, and update marketing tools, including sales kits, brand presentations, and conceptual selling materials in collaboration with principals.<br>• Support the sales team by delivering product and brand training in coordination with Educator and ensure alignment of campaign objectives and key messages.<br>• Collaborate with the sales team to help achieve weighted distribution targets and to identify and pursue high-potential accounts.<br>• Plan, organize, and execute marketing and educational events for salon professionals, ensuring brand alignment, proper setup, material availability, and post-event follow-up.<br>• Drive brand visibility at point-of-sale locations by maximizing the use of POS tools and merchandising displays.<br>• Identify branding opportunities in salons and suggest creative solutions to enhance in-store presence and consumer engagement.<br>• Ensure adherence to the principal’s visual and communication guidelines in all activations, events, and materials.<br>On Sales Enablement & Target Support<br>• Align with the Business Unit Manager on sales targets and identify marketing-driven initiatives to boost performance.<br>• Monitor stock levels and suggest proactive measures to maintain product availability in alignment with forecasted campaigns.<br>• Track competitor launches, salon activations, and market positioning, and propose data-driven actions to maintain a competitive edge.<br>• Conduct regular pricing benchmarks and support in developing strategic pricing that strengthens brand value while maintaining market competitiveness.<br>• Coordinate with the procurement department to source, produce, and manage visibility materials within allocated budgets.<br>On Social Media & Digital Marketing<br>• Develop and maintain a structured content calendar aligned with the overall marketing strategy, promotional plan, and education activities.<br>• Create and manage partnerships with influencers, particularly key hairdressers and salon owners, by identifying profiles, negotiating collaborations, and overseeing content delivery.<br>• Monitor online engagement, sentiment, and brand performance across digital platforms and prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights.<br>• Identify digital trends and opportunities to increase brand visibility and engagement among target audiences.<br>On Reporting & Analysis<br>• Prepare and submit monthly reports covering sales evolution vs. targets by product/category, with performance analysis and actionable recommendations.<br>• Compile and present monthly distribution reports highlighting achievements, gaps, and follow-up action plans.<br>• Track ROI of key initiatives and provide insights on areas of improvement and future opportunities.<br><br> <br> </div>

Job Purpose <p>- Responsible for effectively implementing the merchandising strategy by making the product visible, avoiding out of stock situations, and optimizing the use of trade and marketing budgets to increase sell out.</p><br><p>- Perform duties in accordance with Malia Group Policies and Procedures. </p><br> <br><br> Duties And Responsibilities <p>On Merchandising </p><br><p>- Possess comprehensive knowledge of merchandising fundamentals and abide by them when entering any store</p><br><p>- Report to concerned manager, market information related to competitor's activities (new launched products, price changes, initiatives, display modifications, promotion alerts); take pictures if possible </p><br><p>- Ensure that company's range of products are available on the shelves, if not; coordinate with the responsible at point of sale to fill-up the shelves from warehouse</p><br><p>- Optimize use of point of sales material and update them as needed ensuring that all company material is maintained in excellent condition</p><br><p>- Maintain store shelves to comply with set planograms and provide optimum display of products by removing damaged goods, tidying store shelves, making sure products are clean </p><br><p>- Ensure the execution and maintenance of contracts in assigned stores, in case of any discrepancies report to management</p><br><p>- Maintain healthy inventory by restocking shelves when empty, observing stock levels, advising responsible customer consultant to reorder when levels appear low and arranging return of defective products</p><br><p>- Inform management regarding performance of products (overstocking on shelves or in warehouse for a long period of time, under stocking, products positive shelf turnover...) to take corrective actions</p><br><p>- Set-up displays in case of promotion and ensure discounted price is visible on stand. Observe customer reaction to special promotions and provide feedback to management. Remove displays at the end of promotion</p><br><p>- Handle the return of expired promotional products: negotiate with clients in order to return products sent to warehouse and out them back on shelf. Make sure that defective products are returned to company warehouse</p><br><p>- Negotiate better visibility for the company's portfolio with client</p><br><p>- Propose to management to send goody bags to clients to stay on good terms whenever needed while remaining within budget assigned</p><br><p>- Support the customer consultant when needed by taking orders (only during shortages in warehouse) </p><br><p>- Submit to management on a weekly basis trade monitoring report (price fishing vs competition, product availability vs competitions, recommendations to improve visibility and availability)</p><br><br> <br> </div>
