We are seeking to hire three experienced Network Engineer responsible for managing PPPoE subscriber environments, supporting reseller integrations, and maintaining MikroTik-based access networks. The engineer will work closely with resellers using proradius platform, ensuring stable onboarding, configuration, and operation of PPPoE users across multiple network architectures. <br> <br>Location: Head Office - Sin el Fil <br> <br>We offer excellent work environment, excellent compensation, insurance from top international insurer, etc. <br> <br>Key Responsibilities <br>• Managing and supporting PPPoE subscriber environments. <br>• Configuring and maintaining MikroTik CCR routers used by resellers. <br>• Assisting resellers in deploying and troubleshooting PPPoE infrastructure. <br>• Supporting reseller onboarding on our RADIUS platform (ProRadius). <br>• Monitoring and troubleshooting subscriber connectivity issues. <br>• Working with reseller network architectures <br>• Maintaining documentation and standard configuration templates. <br> <br>Required Technical Skills <br>• Strong understanding of PPPoE architecture and subscriber management. <br>• Experience with MikroTik RouterOS, especially CCR/CRS/CSS series. <br>• Knowledge of VLANs, bridging, NAT, QoS basics, and routing fundamentals. <br>• Understanding of ISP reseller environments. <br>• Experience troubleshooting CPE connectivity and last-mile networks. <br>• Ability to analyze and optimize subscriber traffic flows. <br>• Working knowledge of RADIUS concepts. <br>• Familiarity with ProRadius or similar billing/authentication systems. <br>• Basic knowledge of Linux environments. <br>• Exposure to accel-ppp or similar PPPoE server platforms is a strong advantage
