<p>A cashier handles all customers payments (cash, credit cards, checks). He is responsible for his shift's proper and efficient operation, within company policy.</p><p>Ensure a high level of customer service by greeting customers, assisting them, and applying the company s customer service standards.</p><p>Responsible for accurate recording of sales/items while on duty.</p><p>Compute or re-compute bills, using the cash register to ensure the accuracy of the record.</p><p>Make changes, process credit cards, and issue receipts or tickets to customers.</p><p>Prepare a shift-change report after the shift following company guidelines.</p><p>Follow company policy about excessive cash in the cash register and safe as directed by the Store Manager.</p><p>Ensure the Store Manager is made aware of all sales, cash, or operating discrepancies.</p><p>Work in a SAFE manner at all times and report all accidents immediately.</p><p>Take over the responsibility of receiving and sending merchandise (deliveries) with accuracy.</p><p>Ask for a Rewards Card and offer to enroll customers in the Loyalty program.</p><p>Assist customers in updating their info using iPads in-store &amp; encourage them to install GS App.</p><p>Properly clean and maintain equipment in the cash register area.</p><p>Maintain personal grooming per the company s standards to represent a positive image.</p><p>Adhere to all company policies and procedures.</p><p>Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>High School Degree</p><p>A University Degree is a plus</p><p>Previous experience is a must</p><p>Customer service skills</p><p>Fashion Enthusiasm</p><p>High level of integrity &amp; confidentiality</p><p>Excellent Communication Skills</p><p>High flexibility</p><p>Result Oriented</p>

<p>A Sales associate is responsible for providing outstanding customer service while working towards achieving individual and store targets.</p><p>Duties and Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Ensure high customer service by greeting, assisting, and applying the company s standards.</li><li>Increase the store s sales by suggesting alternatives, following up on customers requests, and performing up-selling and cross-selling techniques.</li><li>Maintain solid product knowledge and follow the latest trends to provide confident and relevant customer advice.</li><li>Communicate to the customers the information on special offers/Sales promotion events.</li><li>Handle customers complaints professionally and escalate any service issues to the store manager/Assistant Store Manager for suitable resolution.</li><li>Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, floor stocks, and efficient process of items.</li><li>Arrange and replenish the shop shelves regularly and ensure that the shop floor and shelves are kept clean and tidy at all times in alignment with the brand s image and store manager s guidelines.</li><li>Participate in year-end inventory and cycle counts.</li><li>Handle cash register operations and complete sales transactions.</li><li>Maintain personal grooming as per the company s standards to represent a positive image.</li><li>Adhere to all company policies and procedures.</li></ul><p>Full time Schedule (9 hours/day - 6days/week)</p>
