<p>Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally. Take and manage customer orders, reservations, and inquiries. Provide excellent customer service and handle complaints efficiently. Coordinate with the kitchen, service team, and delivery drivers to ensure smooth order processing. Promote menu items, offers, and specials through upselling. Maintain accurate customer and order records. Stay updated on menu items, pricing, availability, and promotions.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li>Excellent communication and customer service skills.</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude.</li><li>Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus.</li></ul>
