The project manager provides on-site leadership, coordinates closely with customers and internal operations teams, and ensures all lift planning, safety, scheduling, and documentation requirements are met. This position plays a critical role in maintaining Bay Crane’s reputation for safe, reliable, and professional project execution. <h4>Key Responsibilities</h4> Project planning & execution <ul> <li>Plan and manage crane and heavy lift projects from pre-job planning through closeout.</li> <li>Coordinate crane selection, crew assignments, and equipment needs with operations and dispatch.</li> <li>Develop and/or review lift plans including crane configurations, rigging methods, load weights, site access, and work sequencing.</li> <li>Ensure jobsite readiness prior to mobilization, including access routes, set-up areas, and ground conditions.</li> <li>Oversee daily execution to ensure work is performed according to plan, schedule, and safety requirements.</li> <li>Adjust plans as site conditions change while maintaining safety and efficiency.</li> </ul> Customer & stakeholder management <ul> <li>Serve as Bay Crane’s primary point of contact for assigned projects.</li> <li>Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers, general contractors, engineers, and site personnel.</li> <li>Lead coordination meetings and provide regular updates on project status.</li> <li>Manage scope changes, scheduling conflicts, and operational challenges.</li> <li>Ensure customer expectations align with operational capabilities.</li> </ul> Safety, compliance & risk management <ul> <li>Enforce Bay Crane safety policies and all applicable regulatory and site-specific requirements.</li> <li>Participate in job safety analyses, pre-task planning, and pre-lift meetings.</li> <li>Ensure proper documentation of lift plans, permits, and safety records.</li> <li>Coordinate required training, orientations, and drug screening compliance for assigned personnel.</li> <li>Support incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions.</li> <li>Exercise stop-work authority when unsafe conditions exist.</li> </ul> Scheduling & resource coordination <ul> <li>Develop and manage short- and mid-term schedules for crane operations.</li> <li>Coordinate work sequencing with customers and internal departments.</li> <li>Anticipate resource needs and identify potential conflicts related to staffing, equipment, access, or logistics.</li> <li>Support efficient mobilization and demobilization of equipment and crews.</li> </ul> Systems & documentation (NextGen) <ul> <li>Create and maintain accurate job records in NextGen.</li> <li>Track daily activities, job progress, and service documentation.</li> <li>Maintain organized project files including lift plans, permits, approvals, and compliance records.</li> <li>Support accurate billing through timely and complete documentation.</li> </ul> On-site leadership <ul> <li>Provide on-site oversight for assigned projects as required.</li> <li>Serve as the operational leader for Bay Crane personnel in the field.</li> <li>Ensure professionalism, quality of work, and adherence to company standards.</li> <li>Act as first point of contact for operational issues at the jobsite.</li> </ul> Continuous improvement <ul> <li>Capture lessons learned and recommend improvements to planning and execution processes.</li> <li>Contribute to the development of best practices and standard operating procedures.</li> <li>Support the growth and professional development of field and project personnel.</li> </ul> <h4>Qualifications</h4> <ul> <li>Strong computer skills and ability to work in a documentation-driven environment.</li> <li>Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.</li> <li>Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.</li> <li>High attention to detail and strong safety awareness.</li> <li>Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites.</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field or equivalent experience.</li> <li>Experience in crane operations, rigging, construction management, or industrial project coordination (internships considered).</li> <li>Familiarity with lift planning, heavy equipment operations, or construction logistics.</li> <li>Experience working with operational management systems such as NextGen.</li> </ul>

Discuss price structure with the sales manager and propose it to commercial director for approval - Conduct weekly market visit to check the situation and take necessary actions when needed - Fill a report after the visit, send it by email to marketing manager, MSEC, commercial director & EVPs, and coordinate with the MSEC to ensure proper implementation of corrective actions - Check & approve monthly Facebook/Instagram posts in coordination with the senior graphic designer - Organize monthly budget spent on social media - Attend local exhibition, take customer feedback, represent the company and make communication that meets with the brand’s image and guidelines Qualifications: - Bachelor degree in Marketing or any related field - At least 4 years of experience in the food industry Location: Zouk Mosbeh Work Schedule: Monday till Friday - 7:30 AM till 17:00 PM
