Reviews and analyzes monthly delivery and payment reports, identifies discrepancies or delays, and implements effective corrective actions to maintain performance and service quality. Collaborates with senior management to evaluate and enhance collection standards, streamline processes, and ensure alignment with quality and cost-efficiency goals.
