workflows across software or product delivery lifecycles, including the use of AI tools, agents, or automations to improve speed, quality, and operational leverage Ability to go from zero to functional prototype quickly Strong systems thinking and comfort working across tools, processes and teams Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to help define the problem as well as the solution
