The Stock and Operations Manager provides end-to-end leadership for the company’s warehouse, inventory, delivery and fleet, and technical service operations. The role ensures that stock is accurate and available, orders and transfers are fulfilled safely and on time, vehicles and operational assets are controlled efficiently, and technical services meet defined quality and turnaround standards. The manager leads the three department heads, aligns priorities across functions, resolves escalations, and turns operational data into corrective actions that improve service, cost, control, and customer satisfaction.

Job Description
<br>We are looking for a motivated Structural Drafter to join our structural detailing team. The successful candidate will prepare reinforced concrete shop drawings for all structural elements while coordinating closely with structural engineers and technical managers to ensure accurate, high-quality deliverables.

<br>Responsibilities
<br>-Prepare reinforced concrete shop drawings for all structural elements.
<br>-Interpret structural design drawings and convert them into detailed shop drawings.
<br>-Coordinate with structural engineers and technical managers to resolve technical issues.
<br>-Revise drawings based on review comments and project requirements.
<br>-Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications and company standards.
<br>-Deliver assigned tasks within project deadlines while maintaining high quality.

<br>Requirements
<br>-Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
<br>-0–2 years of experience in structural detailing.
<br>Proficiency in AutoCAD.
<br>Ability to read and interpret structural drawings.
<br>-Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
<br>-Good communication and teamwork skills.
<br>-Eagerness to learn and develop in the field of structural detailing
JOB DUTIES:
<br>•Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns in coordination with management.
<br>•Supervise marketing operations, including advertising, digital marketing, and promotional activities.
<br>•Create engaging and original content for social media, website, newsletters, and promotional materials.
<br>•Manage the company’s digital presence across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
<br>•Write, edit, and proofread marketing materials to ensure brand consistency and professionalism.
<br>•Track and analyze digital performance metrics to optimize engagement and conversion.
<br>•Coordinate email marketing campaigns and maintain subscriber databases.
<br>
<br>EDUCATION & SKILLS:
<br>-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
<br>-Creative thinker and a Data lover.
<br>- 2+years of experience in marketing roles, preferably within the tech retail or consumer electronics sector.
<br>-Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.
<br>-Ability to lead and mentor a marketing team.
<br>-Ability to develop strategic marketing plans that align with business objectives.
<br>-Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
<br>
<br>WORKING HOURS::
<br>-Monday to Friday from 8:00 till 5:00 pm
<br>-Saturday from 8:00am till 2:00 pm
Main Duties and Responsibilities
<br>Operational Leadership and Coordination
<br>• Lead, coach, and hold accountable the Warehouse Manager, Technical or Service Center Manager, and Delivery and Fleet Supervisor.
<br>• Translate company objectives into department plans, daily priorities, service standards, manpower allocation, and measurable targets.
<br>• Ensure accurate receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, returns, internal transfers, and replenishment across all warehouses and stock locations.
<br>• Own inventory accuracy and ensure cycle counts, scheduled physical inventories, reconciliations, serial tracking, and discrepancy investigations are completed and documented.
<br>• Review stock adjustments, damaged or obsolete items, negative stock, excess stock, slow-moving items, and near-out-of-stock risks; coordinate action with stock control, procurement, sales, and accounting.
<br>
<br>Education Experience and Skills
<br>• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
<br>• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in operations, warehousing, logistics, stock control, fleet, or technical service, including at least 3 years in a management role.
<br>• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple operational departments and lead managers or supervisors.
<br>• Strong knowledge of inventory control, warehouse operations, delivery planning, fleet management, service workflows, and operational safety.
<br>• Strong command of ERP systems; experience with Odoo is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and operational reporting is required
