Discover the life that awaits you at Accor, visit https://careers.accor.com/</li></ul><p>Do what you love, care for the world, dare to challenge the status quo! <strong>#BELIMITLESS</strong></p><br><br>Job Description<br><br><ul><li>Lead and manage all engineering and maintenance operations of the hotel.</li><li>Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs for all hotel facilities and equipment.</li><li>Ensure the efficient operation of HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire and life safety systems.</li><li>Maintain compliance with local regulations, health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.</li><li>Plan, manage, and oversee renovation projects and capital expenditure (CAPEX) initiatives.</li><li>Monitor utility consumption and implement energy conservation and sustainability initiatives.</li><li>Prepare and manage the departmental budget, forecasts, and maintenance expenses.</li><li>Build and maintain effective relationships with contractors, suppliers, and regulatory authorities.</li><li>Ensure timely resolution of maintenance requests to support smooth hotel operations.</li><li>Lead, coach, and develop the Engineering team while fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.</li></ul><br>Qualifications<br><br><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or a related field).</li><li>Professional engineering certification or membership is an advantage.</li><li>Minimum 8–10 years of progressive engineering experience, including at least 2 years in a senior leadership role within the hospitality industry.</li><li>Previous experience with Accor or an international hotel brand is preferred.</li><li>Strong knowledge of hotel building systems, preventive maintenance, CAPEX planning, energy management, fire and life safety systems, and local regulatory requirements.</li><li>Excellent leadership, project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and Microsoft Office applications.</li></ul><br>Additional Information<br><br><p><strong>Our commitment to Diversity & Inclusion:</strong></p><br><p>We are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.<br> </p><br> </div>
