Assesses learning outcomes and work with faculty members to develop and design Web-Enhanced, Blended and Online courses based on applicable instructional design models. Participates in the quality assurance process during and after the course development cycle. Keeps abreast of new technologies that may be used to expand and improve the use of technology in teaching and learning at AUB. Conceptually and intuitively understands how people learn.
