This work is conducted under the umbrella of the Arab Centre for Climate Change Policies, which is situated in the Climate Change and Natural Resource Sustainability Cluster at ESCWA and has a dedicated work pillar related to climate finance. Objective The data analyst would provide updated data sets regarding climate finance flows to Arab States at the regional and country level, with three sector specific datasets provided with associated visualizations. III. Duties and responsibilities Under the direct supervision of the Cluster Lead for Climate Change and Natural Resources Sustainability, the consultant would: (a) Deliver datasets and analysis of aggregated international climate finance flows to Arab Region and each Arab State (1 data file) and for the water, energy and food sectors (3 data files) for various indicators based on the existing classification systems applied by ESCWA. (b) Develop visualization for each indicator and at least three key messages describing the findings for each indicator. (c) Prepare comparative analysis between international climate finance flows to the Arab Region with three other financial datasets (1 data file). (d) Submit the five dataset files to ESCWA for review and incorporate comments received. <br>- Greet customers, offer assistance and serve them in order to ensure their needs are answered in a timely manner and in compliance with quality and customer service standards.
<br>- Arrange and replenish on a continuous basis the store shelves and ensure that the store floor and shelves are kept clean and tidy at all times in alignment with the store image and coordination standards.
<br>- Receive merchandize, count it physically and electronically in order to ensure accuracy of information and inspect its quality to report discrepancies.
<br>- Perform accurate stock rotation of items (To/From Stores & Warehouse) under the supervision of the manager on duty.
<br>- Organize the stockroom related to the store to conserve high level of stock replenishment.
<br>- Classify, store and tag items in the warehouse on a daily basis as per store procedures and items' characteristics, in order to ensure timely finding and release of products.

<br>• Prepare monthly fleet reports covering maintenance costs, fuel consumption, mileage, vehicle availability, downtime, and other relevant KPIs
<br>• Analyse fleet data and highlight unusual costs, excessive fuel consumption, repeated breakdowns, or other areas requiring attention
<br>• Provide the Finance and Accounting teams with the required fleet-related information and supporting documentation
<br>• Conduct regular field visits and spot checks of central and outstation cash vans
<br>• Verify compliance with fleet, safety, documentation, and operational requirements
<br>• Document findings and ensure corrective actions are followed up and closed
<br>• Investigate and document fleet-related incidents, including accidents, theft/loss of goods, major breakdowns, or other unusual occurrences
<br>• Coordinate with relevant internal departments, insurance providers, garages, and external authorities following accidents or major incidents
