Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure compliance with hotel standards. Assign daily tasks, monitor productivity, and support team members to achieve operational goals. Ensure guest requests and maintenance issues are addressed promptly and efficiently. Monitor housekeeping supplies, linen, and equipment to maintain efficient operations. Train, coach, and motivate team members while promoting a culture of teamwork and service excellence. Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and environmental standards. Collaborate with Front Office, Engineering, Laundry, and other departments to deliver a seamless guest experience.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred. Minimum 2 4 years of housekeeping experience, including supervisory experience in a hotel environment. Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, cleaning procedures, and quality standards. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a strong focus on guest satisfaction. Previous experience with an international hotel brand is an advantage.</p>
