We won t stop until we are all equal.</p><p>As Protection Technical Officer, you will provide technical support and oversight to ensure the quality and effective delivery of Child Protection (CP) and Gender-Based Violence (GBV) programming through partner support, case management supervision, capacity strengthening, quality assurance, monitoring, coordination, and programme support. Working under the supervision of the Protection Manager, you will help ensure that protection interventions follow national SOPs, inter-agency guidance, international standards, donor requirements, and Plan International policies, while applying child-centred, survivor-centred, gender-sensitive, gender-transformative, trauma-informed, and rights-based approaches.</p><p>In this role, you will:</p><ul><li>Provide technical guidance and supervision to implementing partners on CP and GBV programming, including case management interventions</li><li>Technically supervise partner CP caseworkers, in coordination with relevant partner staff, and provide ongoing training, coaching, mentoring, and technical support to protection staff</li><li>Strengthen case management quality
