The ideal candidate should have proven experience in warehouse and inventory management, excellent organizational and time management skills, and a strong commitment to accuracy and accountability.</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Receives and processes warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store).</li><li>Records, inspects, and stores received stock in accordance with established procedures.</li><li>Processes Goods Received Notes (GRNs) and maintains accurate records of inventory receipts, issues, transfers, and other stock movements in the computerized inventory management system.</li><li>Conducts physical inventory counts, compares results with computerized inventory, and reconciles any differences; reports any discrepancies.</li><li>Monitors safety stock levels and initiates the process of replenishment on a timely basis.</li><li>Organizes and maintains warehouses in a clean, efficient, and optimal manner to ensure stock items are kept safe and organized.</li><li>Prepares and transfers inventory for delivery in accordance with approved schedules.</li><li>Schedules materials being transferred to and from warehouse; coordinates transfer of inventory between departments.</li><li>Collaborates with other departments and stakeholders to increase the efficiency of warehouse practices.</li><li>Enforces operating instructions and safety policies.</li><li>Ensures all inventory transactions are accurately recorded and verified in the computerized inventory management system.</li><li>Examines stock and disposes of depreciated and obsolete stock following the organization s policy.</li><li>Controls and Safeguards access to warehouses.</li><li>Prepares and submits daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse and inventory reports to the direct manager, highlighting stock movements, inventory balances, and discrepancies.</li><li>Performs minor maintenance of storeroom equipment and storage facilities as required.</li><li>In addition to the distribution of consumables, gives specific focus to the distribution and stock levels of cleaning consumables.</li><li>Conducts regular audits of the spaces where consumables, particularly cleaning consumables, are distributed around the campus to ensure proper usage and replenishment.</li><li>Performs other related duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum of a High School Diploma, Bachelor degree is a desired plus</li><li>Certification in Warehouse & Inventory Management is a plus</li><li>Minimum 7 years in a similar warehouse or inventory management position.</li><li>Experience in handling construction materials, building materials, or MEP-related inventory is preferred.</li><li>Ability to anticipate and solve problems</li><li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to details</li><li>Good time management skills</li><li>Proficient with data entry and inventory software and systems</li><li>Familiar with storekeeping methods and inventory systems</li><li>Good communication skills</li><li>Trustworthy and highly ethical</li></ul>
