The position supports continuous improvement by maintaining quality procedures, reports, and compliance with company standards.</p><p>MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</p><ul><li>Conduct regular quality inspections on sites, projects, installations, and technical works to ensure compliance with approved standards and specifications.</li><li>Monitor installation activities and verify that work is executed according to drawings, technical requirements, and company procedures.</li><li>Perform site visits to check workmanship, materials, safety practices, and overall project quality.</li><li>Review project documents, technical drawings, BOQs, specifications, and inspection requirements.</li><li>Prepare quality inspection reports, site observation reports, and non-conformance reports when required.</li><li>Identify quality issues, document findings, and follow up with responsible teams to implement corrective actions.</li><li>Coordinate with project managers, engineers, technicians, suppliers, and subcontractors to resolve quality-related issues.</li><li>Verify incoming materials, equipment, and products according to specifications before installation or use.</li><li>Perform random checks on completed works, installations, and delivered projects before final handover.</li><li>Ensure that corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) are properly implemented and closed.</li><li>Maintain quality records, inspection checklists, reports, and project documentation.</li><li>Assist in developing and improving quality control procedures, checklists, and internal standards.</li><li>Support engineering and operations teams in improving installation methods and reducing repeated issues.</li><li>Follow up on customer complaints related to technical quality and coordinate solutions with responsible departments.</li><li>Conduct audits on operational processes, warehouses, installations, and service activities when required.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and technical standards.</li><li>Support project teams during testing, commissioning, and handover stages.</li><li>Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers regarding technical quality issues and product concerns.</li><li>Assist in preparing quality presentations, reports, and improvement recommendations for management.</li><li>Monitor field teams' performance and provide feedback regarding quality standards.</li><li>Perform any additional quality-related tasks assigned by management.</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Bachelor s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Industrial) or related technical field.</p><p>Minimum 2 3 years of experience in Quality Control, Site Engineering, Project Coordination, or Technical Inspection.</p><p>Previous experience working in an engineering company, construction company, contracting company, or technical projects is highly preferred.</p><p>Experience with site inspections, installation supervision, and project documentation is an advantage.</p><p>Good understanding of technical drawings, specifications, BOQs, and project requirements.</p><p>Knowledge of quality standards, inspection procedures, and reporting methods.</p><p>Strong attention to detail and ability to identify technical issues.</p><p>Good problem-solving and analytical skills.</p><p>Ability to prepare professional reports and documentation.</p><p>Strong communication skills with engineers, technicians, suppliers, and contractors.</p><p>Ability to work on-site and coordinate with multiple teams.</p><p>Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).</p><p>Familiarity with ERP, project management, ticketing, or documentation systems is an advantage.</p><p>Fluency in Arabic and English; French is an advantage.</p><p>Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.</p>
