<section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles &amp; Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><b>Key Responsibilities</b><br><br> Source, evaluate, and manage freight forwarding partners to ensure competitive pricing and reliable service.<br><br> Negotiate transportation rates and service agreements with logistics providers.<br><br> Monitor freight forwarder performance through KPIs such as on-time delivery, transit time, service quality, and cost efficiency.<br><br> Develop and maintain supplier and logistics partner performance scorecards.<br><br> Drive supply chain excellence initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs, and increase service levels.<br><br> Support supply chain teams in implementing standardized tools, dashboards, and reporting.<br><br> Create and maintain reports that provide end-to-end supply chain visibility.<br><br> Monitor supply chain KPIs and prepare regular performance reports for management.<br><br> Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Finance to ensure alignment on logistics and delivery objectives.<br><br> Support continuous improvement projects across the supply chain.<br><br> Ensure logistics documentation and transportation processes comply with company standards.<br><br><b>Qualifications</b><br><br> Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.<br><br> 2 5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or freight management.<br><br> Experience working with freight forwarders and transportation providers.<br><br> Strong analytical and reporting skills.<br><br> Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI, ERP systems, or reporting tools is a strong advantage.<br><br> Excellent negotiation and communication skills.<br><br> Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.<br><br> Fluent in English (French and Arabic are an advantage).</div></section>
