Ensures that competency assessment and competency building plans are in place, routinely reviewed and executed for the Industrial Services team.</li></ul><p>Define and adhere to standards:</p><ul><li>Plans, performs and manages design, modification and improvements to industrial services plant, equipment, and infrastructure. Utilising own area of competency and specialisation or with competent 3rd parties.</li></ul><p>Manage existing assets:</p><ul><li>Supports operation of industrial services to ensure high efficiency, quality, and compliance. Assists in the budgeting and cost monitoring of industrial services. Identifies and drives energy and water saving opportunities.</li><li>Manages quality, environmental and internal and external compliance requirements for industrial services through management and monitoring processes and routines.</li><li>Ensures process and personnel safety with regard to industrial services plant and equipment. From design and installation through to routine and periodic safety inspections and audits.</li></ul></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><p>Experience in a maintenance area specifically industrial service, preferably in FMCG related manufacturing environment (min 3 years)</p><p>Engineering Degree (e.g. mechanical, electrical) with substantial practical experience in engineering</p><p>Good communication and team organization skills</p><p>Computer skills: Word, excel, access, Internet</p><p>Language: Arabic, and English</p><p>Core knowledge of the 10 Principles and expert knowledge in our areas of responsibility and Nestle Corporate Strategies</p><p>Knowledge of Core Manufacturing Processes (Industrial Performance, Engineering &amp; Maintenance Foundations) &amp; continuous improvement techniques and methodology (NCE).</p><p>Good understanding of the business context and business key deliverables/ initiatives</p><p>Very Good Knowledge of Nestle Systems (SAM, AX)</p><p>Good knowledge of Asset maintenance</p><p>Team player with good communication skills (proactive cooperation)</p><p>Dynamic and flexible (initiative)</p><p>Good organizer and problem solver</p><p>Good analytical skills (results focus)</p><p>Committed to ensure an attitude of absolute intolerance for unsafe situations, in relation to product quality, people or environment safety</p><p>Able to work under pressure and yet stay calm in times of crises</p><p></p></section>
