We're looking for a Spare Parts Warehouse Coordinator to join our growing team and help ensure the efficient management of our spare parts warehouse. <br> <br>Job Description: <br> <br>- Receive, inspect, and store incoming spare parts. <br>- Maintain accurate inventory records in the EMIS Warehouse Management System. <br>- Issue spare parts to technicians and service teams according to approved requests. <br>- Monitor stock levels and prepare replenishment requests. <br>- Conduct regular stock counts and annual inventory audits. <br>- Ensure proper labeling, storage, and preservation of spare parts. <br>- Coordinate with Procurement regarding shortages and urgent orders. <br>- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and follow safety procedures. <br>- Coordinate warranty return parts and defective material handling. <br>- Assist in continuous warehouse process improvement initiative. <br> <br>Key Responsibilities: <br> <br>- Inventory control and stock management. <br>- Receiving and issuing spare parts. <br>- Warehouse organization. <br>- Stock counting and reporting. <br>- Coordination with procurement and service teams. <br> <br>Requirements: <br> <br>- 2+ years of warehouse or inventory experience. <br>- Good Excel and ERP knowledge. <br>- Strong organizational and communication skills. <br>- Experience in spare parts management is an advantage
