Duties and Responsibilities <br>1- Overseeing the packaging process, drawing up a packing schedule. <br>2- Monitoring the packaging processes and adjusting schedules as needed. <br>3- Supervising and motivating your team of workers and Team Leaders. <br>4- Collecting daily production data and performing OEE and other performance indicators <br>5- Assist PM in performance and give feedback about employees. <br>6- Ensure that all team members are well-trained and follow established procedures. <br>7- Receive Packing Materials and make sure their storage is done in a clean and tidy way. <br>8- Update purchasing department with quantities needed as per production plan. <br>9- Monitor housekeeping in all the filling area ensuring safety and hygiene standards. <br>10- Lead projects related to process improvement, equipment upgrades, and new product introductions. <br>11- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success. <br>12- Develop and implement strategies to enhance production efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize downtime. <br> <br> Qualifications and Skills <br>1- 2- Time & Proces Management <br>3- Team Management & Coaching <br>4- Safety Focus <br>5- Attention to details <br>6- Controls & Instrumentation <br>7- BS in engineering, Master in Engineering is a plus <br>8- 2 to 3 years work experience in Manufacturing environment
