<span><br>POSITION SUMMARY<br>Prepare breads and pastries, including preparing doughs and fillings, proofing, baking, and decorating as appropriate. Review Production sheet to understand variety of baked goods to be produced daily. Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality and presentation standards, and food prep checklists. Maintain kitchen logs for food safety program compliance. Keep Chef informed of excess food items for planning of daily specials. Safely and appropriately use baking and measuring tools/equipment/appliances to prepare baked foods. Follow and ensure compliance with food safety handling policies and procedures, including personal hygiene procedures. Check and ensure correct temperatures of kitchen appliances and food, and report issues to management. The manager leads the three department heads, aligns priorities across functions, resolves escalations, and turns operational data into corrective actions that improve service, cost, control, and customer satisfaction.</p><p><strong>Main Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p><p><strong>Operational Leadership and Coordination</strong></p><ul><li>Lead, coach, and hold accountable the Warehouse Manager, Technical or Service Center Manager, and Delivery and Fleet Supervisor.</li><li>Translate company objectives into department plans, daily priorities, service standards, manpower allocation, and measurable targets.</li><li>Run regular operations meetings and ensure effective handovers between warehouse, delivery, technical, sales, procurement, accounting, and project teams.</li><li>Maintain clear ownership for every operational request, escalation, and exception from receipt through closure.</li><li>Identify capacity constraints, workflow gaps, and recurring failures, then implement and follow up corrective and preventive actions.</li></ul><p><strong>Stock and Warehouse Governance</strong></p><ul><li>Ensure accurate receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, returns, internal transfers, and replenishment across all warehouses and stock locations.</li><li>Own inventory accuracy and ensure cycle counts, scheduled physical inventories, reconciliations, serial tracking, and discrepancy investigations are completed and documented.</li><li>Review stock adjustments, damaged or obsolete items, negative stock, excess stock, slow-moving items, and near-out-of-stock risks; coordinate action with stock control, procurement, sales, and accounting.</li><li>Approve or escalate stock-related exceptions according to the company s authority matrix, ensuring proper supporting documents and segregation of duties.</li><li>Ensure warehouse layout, product identification, storage conditions, housekeeping, access control, and safety practices protect employees and company assets.</li></ul><p><strong>Delivery and Fleet Management</strong></p><ul><li>Ensure deliveries and stock transfers are planned, routed, dispatched, tracked, and completed accurately, safely, and on time.</li><li>Monitor vehicle availability, utilization, fuel consumption, mileage, maintenance, inspections, insurance, registration, licensing, incidents, and operating cost.</li><li>Review delivery failures, delays, damages, shortages, returns, and customer complaints, and ensure root causes and corrective actions are recorded.</li><li>Optimize routes, scheduling, loading, and vehicle allocation to improve service levels while controlling cost.</li><li>Ensure drivers and helpers comply with traffic laws, safety requirements, vehicle checklists, and company procedures.</li></ul><p><strong>Technical Team and Service Operations</strong></p><ul><li>Oversee workshop, service center, maintenance, repair, after-sales support, warranty handling, field visits, and technical team scheduling.</li><li>Ensure service requests and work orders are assigned, documented, prioritized, and completed within agreed turnaround times.</li><li>Monitor technical quality, repeat repairs, spare-parts and tool usage, warranty claims, preventive maintenance, and customer escalations.</li><li>Coordinate technical manpower and site support with projects, sales, and customers while maintaining clear scope, approval, and handover records.</li><li>Ensure technicians receive the training, tools, safety equipment, product knowledge, and procedures required to perform effectively.</li></ul><p><strong>Systems, Controls, and Reporting</strong></p><ul><li>Ensure all operational transactions and records are entered accurately and on time in the ERP system, including receipts, transfers, deliveries, returns, repairs, serial numbers, spare parts, and stock adjustments.</li><li>Establish practical SOPs, checklists, approval controls, and audit trails across the three departments, and verify consistent implementation.</li><li>Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards covering stock, warehouse, delivery, fleet, and technical performance, with analysis and action plans.</li><li>Partner with Accounting and Stock Control to reconcile inventory and investigate variances; partner with IT or ERP support to resolve system issues that affect operations.</li><li>Maintain complete operational records and ensure readiness for internal reviews, stock audits, warranty verification, and regulatory inspections.</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.</p><p>Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in operations, warehousing, logistics, stock control, fleet, or technical service, including at least 3 years in a management role.</p><p>Demonstrated ability to manage multiple operational departm</p>

Two software products for businesses will join the lineup soon. Each brand has its own audience and voice, and we need one person to make all of them grow.

<br>You'll own marketing across the portfolio, from deciding what each brand should be saying to making sure it goes out on time and performs. You'll lead a team of freelance creatives (videographer, video editor, graphic designer), so you'll be briefing, directing, and reviewing work, not doing it all yourself. You'll report directly to the founder.

<br>Build and run marketing plans for each brand, with clear goals, calendars, and budgets, and adjust them based on results.
<br>Develop content ideas, write copy, and shape the creative direction for shoots, videos, and designs.
<br>Brief the freelance team, manage timelines, and hold the work to a high standard before it goes live.
<br>Grow each brand's social media presence through consistent, platform-native content and community engagement.
<br>Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta, Google, and TikTok, and report clearly on spend and return.
<br>Run on-ground activations such as launches, in-store and in-club events, promotions, and partnerships.
<br>Keep each brand distinct in its identity and tone of voice, even when the same team is producing for all of them.
<br>Track performance and turn the numbers into decisions about what to do next.

<br>What we're looking for

<br>3+ years in marketing, with hands-on experience in both strategy and execution.
<br>A portfolio or track record of social growth and campaigns you drove yourself.
<br>Practical experience with paid digital buying, including setup, targeting, testing, and optimization.
<br>Strong copywriting in English. Arabic is a strong plus.
<br>Experience directing creatives and managing several projects at once without things slipping.
<br>Comfort switching between a consumer lifestyle brand one hour and a B2B audience the next.
<br>Organized, self-driven, and comfortable in a fast-moving, founder-led environment.
