<br>• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
<br>• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in Arabic and English (French is a plus).
<br>• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits as required.
<br>• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with estimation or CRM tools is an advantage.
