<br>Basic Function:
<br>To achieve the sales and receivables targets set by the sales Engineer and the company with specified Gross Margin contribution in line with the company’s policies for meeting the company business requirements.
<br>
<br>Key Performance Areas:
<br>Sales Functions:
<br>• To scan the market within assigned territories for identifying and developing customers’ relationships and generating sales
<br>• To respond to customers’ enquiries on time with the right selection of products which meet the customers’ technical requirement and offering a tailor-made solution
<br>• To make proper selection of materials as per projects / customers’ requirements and get necessary approvals from the Management
<br>• To follow up quotations with technical and commercial support to insure placing orders and following up until goods are delivered to destinations
<br>• To provide the management with competitions’ information about their products and markets to adjust the sales strategy accordingly
<br>• To Collect Receivables relative to the executed sales and deliveries of materials as per agreed payment terms
<br>
<br>Customers’ Relationship:
<br>• To visit and market the products at the consultants with technical and commercial presentations to answer all questions relative to the acceptability of the products and their nomination for commercial projects
<br>• To commercialize the Products at customers’ premises to ensure that sales deals are closed
<br>• To answer effectively to customers’ calls and inquiries with exquisite pleasance and professionalism within acceptable time frame
<br>• To ensure continuous follow up and personal conduct with all customers to enhance customers’ satisfaction and increase the sales volume
<br>• To attend and solve promptly customers’ complaints within an acceptable time frame
<br>

<br>Office Management:
<br>• To compute and promptly update all leads, opportunities & customers in the ERP system for proper follow up
<br>• To process the quotations and orders in the ERP as per the nature of the job. When necessary, coordinate with Management for initiating procurement of items/goods from Suppliers
<br>• To be responsible for accurate preparation of all documents such as quotations, sales orders, delivery forms, invoices, receipts etc.
<br>• To coordinate with Suppliers of materials in terms of Technical Compliance of their products and Services with the market / projects’ requirements
<br>• To maintain adequate sales and receivables closing ratio as per company’s practices
<br>• To follow up and to be accountable for pending receivables from customers
<br>• To coordinate with customers and warehouse for accurate delivery of materials
<br>

<br>Qualifications: Bachelors’ Degree in Mechanical Engineering
<br>
<br>Personal Details Around 25 – 35 years
<br>
<br>Knowledge: Thorough knowledge and Experience in Electro-mechanical products focus on HVAC systems, selections, designs and applications, Pumps, Plumbing and the Lebanese market including Consultants, Contractors, Developers, Traders.
<br>
<br>Skills: 3 to 7 years’ relevant experience
<br>Excellent communication and inter-personal skills, a team-player, excellent negotiations and computer skills, good behavior, well mannered, pleasing and strong personality
