<section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles &amp; Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><p><span >Role Overview</span></p><p>We are looking for a Graphic Designer with strong social media and content creation knowledge to support WEEBE s launch and ongoing marketing content.</p><p>The ideal candidate is not only someone who can design nice visuals, but someone who understands how content works on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, stories, reels, carousels, and paid-ad creatives.</p><p>You will help turn WEEBE s marketing strategy, campaign ideas, app screens, vendor assets, and content directions into polished final designs that are ready to publish.</p><p>What You Will Create</p><p>You will work on content such as:</p><ul><li>Instagram posts</li><li>Instagram carousels</li><li>Reels covers</li><li>Motion reels</li><li>Animated social media content</li><li>TikTok/Reels visual layouts</li><li>Story designs</li><li>Giveaway posts and story sets</li><li>Launch teasers</li><li>App walkthrough visuals</li><li>Vendor spotlight posts</li><li>Category discovery content</li><li>Rewards, cashback, and loyalty visuals</li><li>Website and app banners</li><li>Paid-ad creative variations</li><li>UGC / influencer content templates</li><li>Seasonal campaign visuals</li><li>Editable design templates for repeated use</li></ul><p>Main Responsibilities</p><p>The designer will be responsible for:</p><ul><li>Creating premium, clean, modern designs for WEEBE s social media and launch campaigns.</li><li>Designing reels, posts, carousels, story sets, banners, and ad-safe creative versions.</li><li>Translating content ideas into strong visual directions.</li><li>Working with real WEEBE app screenshots and modern device mockups.</li><li>Creating designs that highlight the WEEBE app experience, product categories, trusted vendors, rewards, and value proposition.</li><li>Preparing content in different formats such as 9:16, 4:5, 1:1, desktop banner, and mobile banner.</li><li>Creating editable templates that can be reused for vendor reveals, category posts, giveaway content, and seasonal campaigns.</li><li>Supporting content creation by suggesting hooks, layouts, carousel flow, visual hierarchy, and reel structure.</li><li>Keeping all designs aligned with WEEBE s brand identity, colors, typography, and premium visual direction.</li><li>Preparing final exports and editable source files in an organized way.</li><li>Creating ad-safe versions when needed, but WEEBE will handle ad setup and media buying internally.</li></ul><p>Content Directions You Should Be Comfortable With</p><p>The designer should be able to create visuals for:</p><ul><li>Teaser content: Coming soon, countdowns, app preview, launch anticipation.</li><li>Awareness content: What is WEEBE, digital mall concept, all categories in one place.</li><li>App experience content: App walkthroughs, shopping journey, categories, search, cart, rewards, order tracking.</li><li>Vendor content: Brand spotlights, vendor reveals, trusted brands, co-branded layouts.</li><li>Category content: Beauty, fashion, home, electronics, kids, wellness, gifting, pets, stationery, and everyday essentials.</li><li>Giveaway content: Follower-growth campaigns, giveaway posts, giveaway story steps, winner announcements.</li><li>Rewards content: Cashback, points, loyalty tiers, vouchers, smart shopping value.</li><li>Conversion content: Welcome offers, app download push, retargeting visuals, shop-the-edit posts.</li><li>Community content: Polls, Q&amp;A templates, repost frames, creator/UGC frames.</li><li>Seasonal content: Mother s Day, Ramadan/Eid, summer, back-to-school, White Friday, Christmas, gifting moments, and Lebanese shopping occasions.</li></ul><p>Design Style We Need</p><p>We are looking for someone who can create designs that feel:</p><ul><li>Premium</li><li>Modern</li><li>Clean</li><li>Uncluttered</li><li>App-first</li><li>Technology-inspired</li><li>Sophisticated</li><li>Fresh</li><li>Trustworthy</li><li>Mobile-first</li><li>Marketplace-oriented</li></ul><p>The designs should use strong typography, clean spacing, polished compositions, realistic app mockups, modern lighting, depth, and elegant visual hierarchy.</p><p>What We Do Not Want</p><p>Please do not apply if your style is mainly:</p><ul><li>Generic ecommerce posters</li><li>Crowded discount designs</li><li>Low-quality product collages</li><li>Overloaded text layouts</li><li>Old retail flyer designs</li><li>Random Canva templates without creative direction</li><li>Beauty-only brand visuals</li></ul></div></section>
