<br>• Prepares technical submittals in coordination with the line Manager (when deemed necessary), follows up and reviews them as necessary until the obtainment of consultants’ approval and completion of the sale.
<br>• Provides technical support as needed and assists customers in calculating the appropriate sizing for their pump systems.
<br>• Prepares sales orders and submits them to BUH for final approval.
<br>• Follows up on customer issues and complaints to ensure proper resolution.
<br>
<br>C. After Sales
<br>• Coordinates with maintenance and technical support teams to address defective item claims and technical assistance requests.
<br>• Conducts client site visits to support customers.
<br>
<br>D. Market Feedback and reporting:
<br>• Provides market feedback on customer needs, satisfaction, pricing, competition, and new product potential management through regular reports as requested.
<br>Requirements
<br>• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field
<br>• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
<br>Job Experience
<br>• 3-5+ years of relevant experience in technical sales.
