<p>Liban Lait S.A.L. is looking for an experienced Fleet Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance, reliability, and availability of our company fleet.</p><p><b><br></b></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Manage preventive and corrective maintenance for trucks, refrigerated vehicles, vans, and forklifts.</li><li>Ensure fleet availability, safety, and compliance with technical inspection requirements.</li><li>Coordinate repairs with internal technicians, garages, and external service providers.</li><li>Monitor vehicle breakdowns, maintenance schedules, downtime, and repair costs.</li><li>Maintain accurate vehicle maintenance records and follow up on spare parts and service requirements.</li><li>Monitor fuel consumption, mileage, and overall fleet efficiency.</li><li>Supervise the fleet maintenance team and ensure safe working practices.</li><li>Coordinate with Purchasing, Distribution, and other departments to ensure smooth fleet operations.</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Requirements</p><ul><li>TS/BT or Bachelor s degree in Mechanical, Electromechanical, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>5+ years of experience in fleet or automotive maintenance.</li><li>Experience with trucks and refrigerated vehicles is highly preferred.</li><li>Strong troubleshooting, planning, and team leadership skills.</li><li>Knowledge of preventive maintenance and fleet compliance requirements.</li><li>ERP/SAP experience is an advantage.</li></ul>

Under limited supervision, the role involves conducting needs assessments and surveys, developing project designs, and overseeing implementation and commissioning. <p>The BIM Manager leads the implementation, coordination, and management of BIM processes across construction projects. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with BIM standards, overseeing multidisciplinary coordination, and driving the successful delivery of high-quality BIM models. <p>Result of Service Avoid any electrical problems or any malfunctioning in the electricity within UNSCOL premises.</p><p>Work Location UNSCOL</p><p>Expected duration 6 Months</p><p>Duties and Responsibilities Under the direct supervision of the Logistics Assistant, the incumbent shall perform the following tasks within UNSCOL Premises located at Villa Sehnaoui, Yarze, Baabda:</p><ul><li>Performing maintenance, inspection, repair, installation, testing and wiring of all electrical apparatus within UNSCOL premises.</li><li>Installing electrical components to architectural and code specifications.</li><li>Running wires through conduit.</li><li>Testing wiring connections with test equipment like volt/ohmmeters and oscilloscopes.</li><li>Test or repair electrical based equipment.</li><li>Assist or perform mechanical repairs, (such as 3-phase industrial breakers, running conduit, pulling wire and machine control panels bin.</li><li>Periodic inspections of equipment, test and replace circuit breakers and switches.</li><li>The electrician should assist in case of emergency 24 hours/7 days per week and should report to the premises as soon as called to fix the problems that may occur.</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li><li>Three years of experience in electrical repair and maintenance, or related area.</li><li>Fluency in Arabic and knowledge of English is required.</li><li>The individual contractor is expected to be residing in Lebanon and to report to duty in Baabda whenever needed and during emergencies, which may include weekends and at night.</li></ul>
