<li>Lead and manage all engineering and maintenance operations of the hotel</li>
<li>Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs for all hotel facilities and equipment</li>

<h4>Qualifications</h4>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, civil, or a related field)</li>
<li>Professional engineering certification or membership is an advantage</li>
<li>Minimum 8–10 years of progressive engineering experience, including at least 2 years in a senior leadership role within the hospitality industry</li>
<li>Previous experience with Accor or an international hotel brand is preferred</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of hotel building systems, preventive maintenance, CAPEX planning, energy management, fire and life safety systems, and local regulatory requirements</li>
<li>Excellent leadership, project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills</li>
<li>Proficiency in computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and Microsoft Office applications</li>
