The costs associated with an intern's participation in the programme must be assumed either by the nominating institution, which may provide the required financial assistance to its students, or by the students themselves, who will have to meet living expenses as well as make their own arrangements for accommodation, travel and other requirements. However, they receive a stipend to help cover basic daily expenses related to the internship, if not financially supported by any institution or programme, such as a university, government, foundation, or scholarship programme. The stipend is based on the intern’s agreed place of work, which may be different from the duty station of the hiring office in cases of remote arrangements. </p><br><p>In addition, applicants must have medical insurance for the duration of the internship. Proof of insurance will need to be submitted before the internship begins. Discussions examined the availability and quality of fiscal and socio-economic data required for informed decision-making and equitable revenue-sharing arrangements, and initiated a technical dialogue on transparent, evidence-based revenue-sharing framework informed by international experience, while respecting Iraq’s context. The workshop also explored potential benchmarks and indicators that may guide the evaluation of fiscal performance, efficiency, and equity across governorates. <p>Review contract documents, specifications, drawings, and project requirements. Review and optimize mechanical designs, engineering calculations, and system layouts for HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting systems. Prepare detailed and coordinated shop drawings and BIM models using AutoCAD and Revit. Perform equipment selection and engineering calculations, including HVAC load calculations, ventilation calculations, hydraulic calculations, and pipe and duct sizing. Coordinate mechanical systems with architectural, structural, electrical, plumbing, and other building disciplines to resolve clashes and ensure constructability. Prepare material schedules, equipment schedules, and technical submittals. Ensure compliance with project specifications, applicable codes, and client requirements. Review consultant comments and revise drawings accordingly. Attend coordination meetings and provide technical support during project execution. Support procurement and site teams by resolving technical queries and issuing drawing revisions when required.
