Job Purpose
<br>The Quality Control Coordinator is responsible for monitoring and maintaining product quality and food safety standards throughout the receiving, storage, production, packaging, and dispatch processes. <br>• Follow up on rejected, damaged, expired, or non-conforming products.
<br>• Assist in conducting internal quality audits and preparing for external audits and inspections.
<br>• Ensure proper traceability of products through batch and production records.

<br>Qualifications
<br>• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.

<br>• Experience in rice, grains, pulses, FMCG, or dry food products is considered an advantage.
<br>Knowledge & Technical Skills
