<br>The Site Technical Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that the renovation works are executed in full alignment with the approved architectural, interior design, structural, MEP, and specialist design documentation. Based on site in Beirut, this role acts as the principal technical link between the design consultants, architect, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and the on-site project team.

<br>The position requires a highly organized, detail-oriented construction professional who can read, interpret, and coordinate drawings and specifications, identify inconsistencies before they affect the works, and support the timely resolution of technical matters. <br>Design Review and Technical Coordination
<br>
<br>The Site Technical Coordinator shall review and interpret all issued-for-construction drawings, specifications, schedules, material submittals, shop drawings, and method statements. The role shall compare architectural, interior design, structural, MEP, façade, fire and life-safety, and specialist packages to identify clashes, omissions, constructability risks, and inconsistencies.

<br>The coordinator shall maintain a clear record of design comments, drawing revisions, technical queries, and coordination actions. Before work proceeds, the coordinator shall ensure that the relevant drawings and technical information are current, coordinated, approved, and understood by the parties executing the works.

<br>Liaison Between Design and Site Teams
<br>
<br>The role shall serve as the daily technical interface between the architect and design consultants on one side, and the project delivery team on the other. This includes communicating site conditions, installation constraints, sequencing requirements, dimensional conflicts, and construction feedback to the design team in a clear and timely manner.
<br>
<br>The Site Technical Coordinator shall translate approved design intent into practical on-site guidance without making unauthorized design changes. When clarification is required, the coordinator shall prepare and track Requests for Information (RFIs), technical submissions, samples, and proposals, and shall follow up until an approved resolution is issued and communicated to the responsible teams.

<br>Shop Drawings, Submittals, and Materials
<br>
<br>The coordinator shall review contractor and subcontractor shop drawings, coordination drawings, material submittals, samples, mock-ups, and technical data against the approved design documents. The role shall verify dimensions, interfaces, finishes, levels, tolerances, access requirements, maintenance considerations, and coordination with MEP services before submitting items for consultant review.

<br>The coordinator shall track the status of all technical submissions and highlight delayed approvals, missing information, or procurement risks that may affect site progress. Particular attention shall be given to renovation-related constraints, including existing-condition verification, concealed services, protection of retained elements, and interface works.
<br>
<br>Site Inspections and Quality Support
<br>
<br>The Site Technical Coordinator shall conduct regular site inspections to verify that the works are being carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, mock-ups, samples, and agreed construction details. The role shall promptly report deviations, workmanship concerns, and coordination issues to the Project Manager and relevant contractors.
<br>
<br>Working closely with QA/QC personnel and site engineers, the coordinator shall support inspection requests, snagging and de-snagging, technical close-out, and the compilation of as-built information. The coordinator shall help preserve the required standard of architectural and interior finishes throughout all stages of construction.

<br>Meetings, Documentation, and Reporting
<br>
<br>The role shall attend and contribute to technical coordination meetings, design review meetings, site walks, and progress meetings. The coordinator shall prepare concise agendas, action trackers, technical logs, and meeting records where assigned, ensuring that responsibilities and target dates are clearly recorded.

<br> ▪ Serve as the first point of contact for customers visiting the branch, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. ▪ Responsible for allocating customers to the appropriate sales consultant and maintaining accurate customer records. ▪ Present the company in a professional attitude and ability to create a welcoming and helpful showroom environment. RESPONSIBILITIES: Customer Relations & Front Desk Management ▪ Greet all walk-in customers warmly and professionally upon arrival at the showroom. ▪ Allocate each customer to the appropriate sales consultant based on turns. ▪ Maintain a neat, organized, and welcoming reception area that reflects the company’s brand and values. ▪ Promote a positive and professional image of the company in every interaction. Customer Data & Records ▪ Accurately collect and input customer information in the daily checklist and showroom CRM/database. ▪ Ensure all customer data is kept up to date, complete, and free of errors or duplication. ▪ Submit daily reports or logs of customer visits and interactions to the Branch Manager. Phone & Communication Management ▪ Answer all incoming phone calls promptly and professionally. ▪ Direct calls to the appropriate department or team member as required. ▪ Handle basic customer inquiries regarding branch location, opening hours, product availability, and ongoing promotions. Administrative & Support Tasks ▪ Support the branch team with basic clerical tasks, such as filing, document preparation, and coordination of schedules. ▪ Assist in maintaining office supplies and notifying the Branch Manager of replenishment needs. ▪ Coordinate with delivery/logistics personnel when needed, including confirming delivery appointments or rescheduling requests. ▪ Help prepare and organize customer files or product catalogs for in-branch use. AUTHORITIES: ▪ Refer to the latest Authority Matrix as approved by Top Management for decision-making scope. QUALIFICATIONS:▪ Baccalaureate Diploma or TS secretarial or equivalent. EXPERIENCE: ▪ At least 1 years of experience in reception / front office unit. COMPETENCIES: ▪ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ▪ Customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor. ▪ Strong organizational and time management abilities. ▪ Attention to detail, especially in handling customer data. ▪ Accountable & responsible. ▪ Technical Skills: Computer literate including knowledge of MS Office. ▪ Languages: Read, speak, and write Arabic and English.
