Job Duties: <br>• Ensure the conformity and proper operation of electrical systems and equipment before start-up and throughout production. <br>• Perform hands-on troubleshooting, diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of industrial electrical systems and production equipment. <br>• Troubleshoot and diagnose PLC-related problems affecting production equipment. <br>• Support PLC programming, modifications, parameter adjustments, and system improvements as required. <br>• Develop, modify, and optimize PLC programs and control logic in coordination with machine and process requirements. <br>• Execute electrical and automation projects across both factories. <br>• Study new production and maintenance projects and recommend technical solutions that improve efficiency, reliability, safety, and productivity. <br>• Install, assemble, test, commission, and troubleshoot new machines and equipment. <br>• Analyze recurring equipment failures and lead root-cause analysis to eliminate chronic breakdowns. <br>• Develop and implement initiatives to improve equipment reliability and availability. <br>• Contribute to reducing electrical and automation-related downtime. <br>• Provide technical support and guidance to maintenance technicians and other relevant team members. <br>• Train maintenance personnel on electrical systems, troubleshooting techniques, PLCs, automation systems, and new technologies where required. <br> <br> <br>Qualifications: <br>• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Automation Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related engineering discipline. <br>• Minimum 7 years of relevant industrial experience, preferably within a manufacturing/FMCG environment. <br>• Strong hands-on experience in industrial electrical maintenance and troubleshooting. <br>• Proven practical experience with PLC systems, programming, troubleshooting, and modifications. <br>• Good knowledge of industrial automation, control systems, instrumentation, VFDs, sensors, motors, and electrical protection systems. <br>• Experience with machine installation, commissioning, upgrades, and technology implementation. <br> <br> <br>Location: Zouk Mosbeh

• Review contract documents, specifications, drawings, and project requirements. <br>• Review and optimize mechanical designs, engineering calculations, and system layouts for HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting systems. <br>• Prepare detailed, coordinated shop drawings and BIM models using AutoCAD and Revit. <br>• Perform equipment selection and engineering calculations, including HVAC load calculations, ventilation calculations, hydraulic calculations, and pipe/duct sizing <br>• Coordinate mechanical systems with architectural, structural, electrical, plumbing, and other building disciplines to resolve clashes and ensure constructability. <br>• Prepare material schedules, equipment schedules, and technical submittals. <br>• Ensure compliance with project specifications, applicable codes, and client requirements. <br>• Review consultant comments and revise drawings accordingly. <br>• Attend coordination meetings and provide technical support during project execution. <br>• Support procurement and site teams by resolving technical queries and issuing drawing revisions when required. <br>• Support quantity take-offs from BIM models and shop drawings when required. <br> <br>• Strong knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting systems. <br>• Knowledge of HVAC load calculations, hydraulic calculations, ventilation, and equipment selection. <br>• Familiarity with international standards and codes (ASHRAE, NFPA, SMACNA, IPC/UPC, NF). <br>• Proficiency in AutoCAD, and Revit MEP. <br>• Navisworks (preferred) <br>• Experience with HVAC design software such as HAP or equivalent. <br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. <br>• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. <br>• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Mechanical design and shop drawings preparation. <br>• Experience in HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting system design. <br>• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and Microsoft Office. <br>• Knowledge in HAP is an advantage. <br>• Good command of both English and French is required
