About Sitesee Sitesee Tech is a UAE-based technology consultancy founded in 2021. We implement and migrate ERP systems for businesses across the Gulf.
A big part of where we’re heading is AI. We’re building AI agents that work inside ERP systems and business software. Instead of people clicking through software to get things done, our agents do the work, handling things like sales, accounting, expenses and other day-to-day business processes.
We’re looking for someone who can help us turn what we’re building into content people actually want to watch.
The Role The core of this job is in Beirut, working in person with our technical co-founder. You’ll film with him, sit with him while he builds, understand what he’s working on, and learn the product well enough to know which thirty seconds of it are actually worth showing. That relationship is the engine of the role.
You’ll own the content output end to end: filming, editing, posting and scheduling.
Alongside that, you’ll work with our Dubai team on the monthly content calendar and overall content direction, contributing ideas, angles and scripts to the plan.
This isn’t a role where you’ll be handed perfectly written scripts and raw footage to edit. We want someone who gets close enough to the product and the team to spot good content themselves.
What You’ll Be Doing Film short-form content with our technical co-founder in Beirut Capture product demos, behind-the-scenes moments, builds, experiments and day-to-day content Turn raw footage into engaging short-form videos Edit videos for Linked In, Instagram Reels, Tik Tok and You Tube Shorts Add subtitles, cuts, hooks, graphics and other elements where needed Own posting and scheduling across our social channels Work with the Dubai team on the monthly content calendar Contribute ideas, hooks, angles and scripts Understand our products well enough to identify good content opportunities without always needing to be told Repurpose strong ideas and footage into multiple pieces of content Keep the content pipeline organised and make sure we’re publishing consistently Follow performance and learn what types of content are working so we can keep improving
What We’re Looking For We care much more about whether you can make great content than what degree you have. You should be someone who:Has strong video filming and editing skills Understands short-form content and what makes someone stop scrolling Is comfortable filming people and directing them naturally on camera Can take something technical and make it simple and interesting Has a good instinct for hooks, pacing and storytelling Understands platforms like Instagram, Tik Tok, Linked In and You Tube Shorts Can work independently and take ownership of the output Is organised enough to manage filming, editing, scheduling and publishing consistently Is curious and willing to actually learn how our products work Is comfortable working closely with a technical founder and turning spontaneous conversations or product builds into content
You do not need to already understand ERP systems, Odoo or AI agents. We can teach you that. But you do need to be curious enough to learn.
The Content Most of what we produce will be short-form. Long form youtube content is also part of our content strategy down the line.
Think:Product demos AI agent demos Founder-led videos Building-in-public content Behind-the-scenes clips Educational content Opinions and commentary around AI, ERP and business software Real examples of problems we’re solving for companies
We don’t want overly polished corporate videos. We want content that feels natural, sharp, interesting and human.
