<p> <strong>Role Summary and Impact</strong> </p>
<p>The Influencer Marketing Executive supports the delivery of creator and influencer campaigns across WPP Media client accounts. This role is focused on influencer discovery, outreach, relationship building, negotiation support, campaign coordination and performance reporting. The Executive will help build and maintain a strong roster of nano, micro and niche creators, ensuring the team has access to culturally relevant, credible and brand-safe talent across key markets and platforms.</p>

<li>Identify relevant creators based on audience fit, content quality, engagement, brand safety, location, language, category relevance and campaign objectives.</li>
<li>Conduct influencer due diligence including audience authenticity, past brand work, content tone, comment quality and potential risk flags.</li>
<li>Prepare shortlists, creator profiles, outreach trackers, rate cards and campaign status documents for internal and client review.</li>
<li>Lead initial outreach to creators and agents, follow up on availability, secure basic deliverables, and support negotiations within agreed guidelines.</li>
<li>Coordinate briefs, timelines, content requirements, usage requirements, disclosure guidelines and posting instructions with creators.</li>
<li>Track campaign deliverables, ensure assets and links are received on time, and flag delays or quality issues early to the Manager.</li>
<li>Support content review by checking alignment with brief, mandatories, disclosure requirements and platform best practice.</li>
<li>Monitor live posts, capture links and screenshots, track creator commitments, and support whitelisting/usage documentation where required.</li>
<li>Compile campaign reports, performance snapshots and post-campaign learnings using platform data, influencer insights and internal trackers.</li>
<li>Maintain strong creator communication before, during and after campaigns to build goodwill, responsiveness and long-term retention.</li>

Background Right To Play is a global organization that protects, educates and empowers children to rise above adversity through the power of play. We work with children in some of the most difficult and dangerous places on earth, helping them to stay in school and graduate, to resist exploitation and overcome prejudice, to prevent disease and to heal from war and abuse. For 25 years, Right To Play (RTP) has delivered programs with impact in both development and humanitarian contexts. As pioneers in a unique approach to learning, both inside and outside of the classroom, we harness play, one of the most fundamental forces in a child's life, to help children dismantle barriers and embrace opportunities. We are a leading development organization focused exclusively on using the power of play to transform children's lives.</p><p><b>Project Summary</b></p><p>EQIE: RTP Lebanon is leading a program called "Enhancing Quality and Improved Education 2.0" (EQIE 2.0) funded by NORAD. The program covers South (1 Palestinian camp-Ain Helwe) and North (2 Palestinian camps-Beddawi and Naher Bared). In 2026, the EQIE program supports 720 children in the second grade, across two governorates and three locations, helping them improve their foundational skills in Arabic reading and writing while also supporting their emotional well-being. Sessions cover psychosocial support and psychological first aid to help children navigate times of crisis, build resilience, and cope with challenges. The program additionally focuses on strengthening RTP implementing NGO partner Beit Atfal Somoud, primarily in capacity building staff and facilitators in play-based best practices for supporting children. The program runs from 2025 to 2029, working with the same children across the years to ensure their learning loss faced is addressed.</p><p>Makani : Makani is a 1-year project (Jan Dec 2026) funded by UNICEF. The project is a non-formal education with child protection integrated through a multi-service centers approach. The project is in partnership with 2 local organizations (Farah Association and Sama for Development) and targets children and adolescents (6-17 yrs) through non-formal education and Community based PSS services in South area for children who have been affected by the crisis.</p><p>Game Changers : Is a 2-year project funded by Slaight Foundation. The project is in partnership with Basmeh and Zaytouna, local partner, and aims to support crisis-affected children and adolescents (8-16 yrs) in Lebanon through Sports based-Psychosocial Support (PSS) and Social-Emotional Learning. The project is implemented in Beirut/Mount Lebanon, North, and Bekaa and 18 facilitators will be equipped to deliver Sports for PSS sessions to 2050 children and adolescents. The project focuses on establishing community-based child protection committees with a purpose of localizing child protection mechanisms and local communities serving as enablers for children s wellbeing.</p><p>Play in Emergencies: The project is a 2-year project funded by Nando and Elsa Peretti Foundation. It is implemented in Saida and Sarafand, South Lebanon. The project aims to strengthen child protection and reduce violence against children and youth in conflict-affected areas of South Lebanon by improving emotional well-being and protective environments. Responding to the compounded impacts of conflict, disrupted education, limited access to safe spaces, and socio-economic instability, the project delivers integrated Child Protection (CP) and Community-Based Psychosocial Support (CBPSS) interventions for 600 children and adolescents (6 18 years) across South over two phases, implemented through two community centers and supported by a team of nine trained facilitators. The project concluded its first cycle before the 2026 war. Starting August 2026, cycle 2 will kick off in partnership with a new local partner (selection process is ongoing).</p><p>Right To Play is committed to strengthen partners capacity to work effectively in Lebanon, the INGO seeks a qualified consultant to design and deliver capacity building to create or strengthen their safeguarding capacity inclusive of investigative procedures.</p><p>2. Scope of Work</p><p>The scope of the consultancy will depend on how soon a Safeguarding consultant can be recruited and his/her capacity. Ideally, to ensure partner ownership of the process, we would like the funded partners to lead on the development of a safeguarding capacity building plan, with technical oversight from the consultant and the RTP safeguarding focal points and global safeguarding specialist. Right To Play aims to engage a consultant to support the 5 partner organizations in strengthening existing or creating safeguarding capacity and procedures in program management, to ensure all staff have the capacity to design and deliver on their initiatives, to the highest standards of safeguarding and minimum standards in protection. As such, we are currently envisaging a maximum of 60 days (see breakdown below) over the 5-month period (August-December 2026) .The role will be based in Beirut, with regular travel required to project implementation areas across different locations. This role focuses on data ingestion, transformation, storage, governance, automation, and platform reliability using OneLake, Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, Data Pipelines, and Spark technologies. The position is heavily focused on Data Engineering and Platform Engineering rather than reporting and dashboard development. The successful candidate will build scalable, governed, and high-performance data solutions that support analytics, AI, operational reporting, and business intelligence initiatives across the organization. This role is primarily focused on Data Engineering, Data Platform Development, and Microsoft Fabric architecture. The role will lead site electrical teams and coordinate closely with the main project team, MEP disciplines, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and client representatives.</p><p>Key responsibilities include:</p><ul><li>Plan, organize, and manage all electrical construction activities, including mobilization, work sequencing, resource allocation, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover.</li><li>Review electrical drawings, specifications, BOQs, and project requirements; identify technical discrepancies, coordination issues, and constructability risks before they affect progress.</li><li>Coordinate electrical installations with civil, architectural, mechanical, plumbing, fire and life-safety, ELV, ICT, and specialist systems.</li><li>Develop and monitor detailed electrical work programmes, manpower plans, equipment needs, material schedules, and procurement priorities.</li><li>Lead and supervise engineers, supervisors, foremen, technicians, and electrical subcontractors to achieve planned production and quality targets.</li><li>Manage subcontractor performance, site productivity, work-front availability, and compliance with approved method statements and inspection procedures.</li><li>Review and control electrical material submittals, shop drawings, samples, technical data, testing plans, and commissioning documentation.</li><li>Ensure timely resolution of RFIs, site instructions, design coordination matters, variations, and technical issues.</li><li>Monitor project costs, electrical budgets, quantities, material consumption, productivity, change orders, and potential commercial claims; provide accurate forecasts to project management.</li><li>Enforce health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements throughout the electrical scope of work.</li><li>Coordinate inspections, testing, energization, commissioning, snagging, and final handover with relevant stakeholders.</li><li>Prepare and submit regular progress reports covering completed works, programme status, manpower, procurement, technical issues, risks, and corrective actions.</li><li>Build effective working relationships with consultants, clients, local teams, authorities, vendors, and subcontractors in the project country.</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline. Professional registration is an advantage.</li><li>At least 10 years of electrical construction or MEP delivery experience, including a minimum of 5 years in an Electrical Project Manager or senior electrical management role.</li><li>Demonstrated experience delivering electrical works on construction projects in one or more African countries is required.</li><li>Experience on large-scale building, infrastructure, industrial, energy, hospitality, healthcare, commercial, or mixed-use developments is preferred.</li><li>Strong knowledge of LV and MV electrical distribution, lighting, power, earthing, lightning protection, generators, UPS, ATS, ELV systems, testing, commissioning, and handover requirements.</li><li>Ability to manage budgets, cost reports, variations, subcontract packages, procurement planning, and productivity.</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project-planning or reporting tools. Knowledge of BIM/Revit is an advantage.</li><li>Professional English is essential. French, Arabic, Portuguese, or relevant local-language capability is an advantage.</li></ul>
