<section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles &amp; Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Prepare electrical design drawings, including:</li><ul><li>Power layouts</li><li>Lighting layouts</li><li>Panel board schedules</li><li>Single-line diagrams (SLD)</li><li>Load calculations</li><li>Cable sizing</li><li>Earthing and lightning protection systems</li></ul><li>Design low-current systems (as applicable), including:</li><ul><li>Fire alarm systems</li><li>CCTV</li><li>Intrusion systems</li><li>Public address/music systems</li><li>Tel/Data systems &amp; structured cabling</li><li>Anti-shoplifting systems</li><li>BMS coordination</li></ul><li>Perform load calculations and support generator sizing and synchronization studies.</li><li>Coordinate with mechanical, architectural, and civil disciplines.</li><li>Review contractor shop drawings and technical submittmits.</li><li>Participate in BOQ preparation and cost estimation.</li><li>Ensure compliance with local regulations (EDL) and international standards (IEC, NFPA, etc.).</li><li>Conduct site visits, when required, to ensure proper design implementation.</li><li>Support energy efficiency initiatives (LED upgrades, HVAC coordination, solar PV integration, when applicable).</li></ul></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><ul><li>Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering.</li><li>Minimum 4 years of experience in electrical design.</li><li>Strong knowledge of AutoCAD (mandatory), Dialux (preferred), and MS Office.</li><li>Good understanding of electrical codes and standards.</li><li>Strong coordination and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.</li></ul><p></p></section>
