<br>The Back Office Unit Agent is responsible for managing data entry, processing internal documentation, and tracking all products at Mike Sport, ensuring smooth backend processes and maintaining timely and accurate updates across systems.

<br>- Coordinate closely with the buying team to set the Price Structure of all received collections

<br>- Perform the item creation process on the system (Navision) in order to be shared with the concerned parties
<br>- Execute price changes & discounts of items on the system, upon the request of the Manager
<br>- Liaise with the logistics team in order to set the Purchase Order before receiving any shipment
<br>- Liaise with the E-Commerce team and provide them with administrative support to maintain an updated platform by sharing the price structure of the selected items
<br>- Ensure the accuracy of data entries by identifying discrepancies, maintaining clean and up-to-date records
<br>- Support the induction of new team members by facilitating training, ensuring a smooth handover process, and verifying the comprehensive transfer of knowledge and responsibilities

<br>- Conduct Transfer Orders in coordination with the buying team, ensuring that the warehouse department can proceed with the distribution process of goods to our branches
<br>- Prepare Sales Orders in coordination with the buying team in case of international shipments
<br>- Receive the defective items list from the branches and report it to the buying team to take corrective actions
<br>- Assist the Inventory Department with stock reconciliation and cycle counts
<br>- Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, purchase orders, and vendor documentation
<br>- Liaise with Accounting, Logistics, and Commercial teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain seamless operational alignment

<p>We are seeking an experienced thermal spray process engineer to support and improve thermal spray coating operations in a manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for process development, production support, process documentation, quality improvement, troubleshooting, customer support, and continuous improvement initiatives related to thermal spray technologies.</p>
