<span>Aspire Software is looking for a Business Development Representative to join our team in Lebanon.<br> Here is a little window into our company: Aspire Software operates and manages wholly owned software companies, providing mission-critical solutions across multiple verticals.<br> By implementing industry best practices, Aspire delivers a time sensitive integration process, and the operation of a decentralized model has allowed it to become a hub for creating rapid growth by reinvesting in its portfolio.<br> About the job: The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for generating qualified sales opportunities by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective customers within our defined target market.<br> This role is critical to building a strong pipeline and accelerating revenue growth.<br> The BDR will work closely with Account Executives and leadership to support outbound prospecting, inbound lead qualification, and strategic account targeting.<br> ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities Prospecting & Lead Generation Identify and research target accounts.<br> Execute structured outbound campaigns via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels.<br> Build and maintain high-quality prospect lists.<br> Book qualified meetings and product demonstrations for Account Executives.<br> Lead Qualification Conduct discovery calls to understand prospect needs, challenges, and buying timelines.<br> Qualify opportunities based on defined criteria (budget, authority, need, timeline, fit).<br> Ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads to Account Executives.<br> CRM & Pipeline Management Accurately document all activities and interactions in HubSpot.<br> Maintain clean and organized records of contacts, companies, and opportunities.<br> Track outreach performance and conversion metrics.<br> KPIs & Success Metrics Daily/weekly outbound activity targets Meetings booked per month Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) generated Pipeline value created Conversion rates from outreach to meeting Required Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in BDR, SDR, or inside sales in a B2B SaaS environment Strong verbal and written communication skills Comfortable with cold outreach and high activity levels Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM systems Highly organized, disciplined, and results-driven ________________________________________ Preferred Qualifications Experience selling into Ampliphi’s target vertical Familiarity with consultative or value-based selling Experience working within a private equity–backed or portfolio company environment ________________________________________ What Success Looks Like Consistently meeting or exceeding activity and meeting targets Generating a predictable, high-quality sales pipeline Strong collaboration with AEs and leadership Demonstrating continuous improvement in messaging and conversion rates</span> </div>
