<br>Duties & responsibilities
<br>
<br>• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about the product in details
<br>
<br>• Answer questions about products or the company
<br>
<br>• Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
<br>
<br>• Take and process orders in an accurate manner
<br>
<br>• Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
<br>
<br>• Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
<br>
<br>• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
<br>
<br>• Complete the Customer Satisfaction Form daily for at least 10 clients (pharmacies) to ensure consistent feedback and performance tracking
<br>
<br>• Monitor pending orders with the warehouse, identifying and reporting the reasons for any delays
<br>
<br>• Report to the Executive Manager and Quality Assurance regarding the reasons for any delays in order fulfillment, ensuring transparency and accountability.
<br>
<br>• Follow up on delivery dates for pending orders, ensuring timely scheduling and coordination with the relevant departments.
<br>
<br>• Track Pharco orders on the specified delivery date, ensuring the receiving dates are scheduled as per the details outlined in the order form
