Develop internal and external communication channels to ensure the proper implementation of the system. NEBOSH Diploma, NVQ Level 6, GradIOSH, CMIOSH, CSP, or equivalent internationally recognized safety qualification. Minimum 10 years of SHE experiences. Minimum 5 years in a managerial or leadership role on major construction, industrial, infrastructure, or energy projects. Experience in Waste-to-Energy, Power Generation, Utilities, EPC, Environmental, or Infrastructure projects is a plus Experience in Oil &amp; Gas, Petrochemical, Refining, LNG is a plus Strong knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems. Experience with contractor management, risk assessment, incident investigation, permit-to-work systems, emergency response, and environmental compliance. Proven ability to lead and promote a positive safety culture across large, multicultural project teams. Ability to communicate effectively both internally and externally.
