<p>We are seeking an experienced Company Manager to lead and manage a company specializing in security and safety solutions in Tripoli, Lebanon.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Manage and develop the sales team and implement business growth strategies.</li><li>Develop expansion plans and introduce new products.</li><li>Build strong relationships with companies, contractors, and potential clients.</li><li>Manage the sales and execution of integrated security solutions and projects.</li><li>Coordinate with suppliers and understand technical specifications for CCTV systems, alarm systems, fire extinguishers, and safety standards.</li><li>Oversee accounts, sales, purchasing, and overall financial performance.</li><li>Achieve sales and profitability targets.</li></ul><p>Location: Tripoli, Lebanon</p><p>Compensation: Basic salary + commission on sales and projects.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum 3 years of management experience, preferably in the security and safety sector.</li><li>Hands-on experience in selling and installing CCTV cameras, alarm systems, and fire extinguishers is a strong advantage.</li><li>Strong leadership, negotiation, and sales team-building skills.</li><li>Good knowledge of the Lebanese market and an established network with companies and institutions.</li><li>Proficiency in sales software and Microsoft Excel.</li><li>Digital marketing experience is preferred.</li></ul>
