<p>We are seeking a skilled and passionate grill chef de partie (CDP) with a strong background in Mediterranean cuisine. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating grills and charcoal ovens, preparing traditional meats, kebabs, and grilled vegetables, and understanding the authentic flavors and spices of the region. You will be responsible for managing the grill station, ensuring consistency, flavor, and quality in every dish.</p>

<li>Experience using traditional equipment such as charcoal grill or rotisserie</li>

<p>We are seeking a skilled and passionate pizza chef (Italian pizzaiolo style) to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience preparing authentic, high-quality Italian-style pizzas and a strong understanding of traditional pizza-making techniques.</p>
