Team Management & Supervision <br>• Lead, supervise, and support a team of ERP Functional Consultants and project team members. <br>• Assign consultants to projects based on workload, expertise, availability, and project requirements. <br>• Monitor individual and team performance, productivity, utilization, and deliverables. <br>• Conduct regular project and team meetings to review progress, challenges, and priorities. <br>• Provide coaching, mentoring, and professional development to consultants. <br>• Establish and maintain clear performance expectations, KPIs, and quality standards. <br>• Identify training needs and support continuous improvement of the consulting team. <br>3. Client & Stakeholder Management <br>• Maintain oversight of key client relationships throughout the implementation lifecycle. <br>• Support consultants in handling complex client requirements, escalations, and difficult situations. <br>• Participate in important client meetings, project kick-offs, steering committees, and progress reviews. <br>• Ensure client expectations are clearly understood, properly managed, and aligned with the agreed project scope. <br>• Act as the escalation point for major functional, operational, or project-related issues. <br>• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and support long-term client relationships. <br>5. ERP Implementation Quality Control <br>• Ensure consultants follow established Odoo implementation methodologies, processes, and documentation standards. <br>• Review and monitor requirements gathering, business process analysis, configuration, testing, training, and go-live activities. <br>• Ensure functional specifications and project documentation are complete and accurate. <br>• Oversee UAT preparation, issue tracking, validation, and resolution. <br>• Conduct quality reviews and project health checks throughout the implementation lifecycle. <br>• Ensure proper handover from implementation to post-go-live support. <br>6. Coordination with Technical Teams <br>• Coordinate closely with developers, technical consultants, and other technical resources. <br>• Ensure functional requirements are clearly translated into technical specifications. <br>• Prioritize and monitor customization and development requests across projects. <br>• Facilitate communication between functional and technical teams to resolve implementation issues. <br>• Ensure customizations remain aligned with business requirements and project scope. <br>• Monitor development dependencies and their impact on project timelines. <br>7. Operational & Performance

•Receive, inspect and verify incoming goods against purchase orders, delivery notes or invoices. <br>•Store items in the correct warehouse or showroom locations according to company standards. <br>•Maintain proper stock arrangement, labelling, and classification of items. <br>•Update all stock movements accurately in the inventory / ERP system, preferably Odoo. <br>•Prepare and issue stock items based on approved requests, sales orders, or delivery orders. <br>•Assist in loading, unloading, packing, and arranging goods when required. <br>•Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and physical inventory checks. <br>•Report stock discrepancies, shortages, damages, or expired items to the warehouse supervisor. <br>•Keep the warehouse, showroom stock area and storage locations clean, safe and organized. <br>•Handle returned, damaged, or replaced goods according to company policy. <br>•Ensure proper documentation for received, issued, returned, or transferred items. <br>•Maintain accurate inventory records. <br>•Assist the procurement department in collecting purchased items when needed. <br>•Deliver goods to related clients after cashier confirmation <br>•Ensure all stock is handled safely and according to company procedures. <br>•Support the opening and closing of the showroom according to the assigned schedule. <br>•Follow company policies, warehouse procedures, and safety rules at all times. <br>REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS, EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS <br>•High school diploma required; studies in logistics, inventory management, or warehouse operations are a plus. <br>•Previous experience as a stock keeper, warehouse clerk, storekeeper, or inventory assistant is preferred. <br>•Basic knowledge of ERP systems; Odoo experience is a plus. <br>•Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel. <br>•Good understanding of stock control, item coding, storage, and documentation. <br>•Physically fit and able to lift, move, and arrange stock when required. <br>•Strong attention to detail and accuracy. <br>• Honest, reliable, and responsible in handling company stock
