The Lead Teacher helps nurture and develop the knowledge, abilities and social skills of children between the ages of 2 months - 4 years and prepares them for kindergarten and primary school education.

<br>Key Responsibilities:
<br>• Developing and implementing lessons/work schemes adhering to the KEY system
<br>• Providing a safe and stimulating environment that facilitates learning
<br>• Organizing and supervising play and work activities (for example reading, cooking, music, dancing etc.)
<br>• Liaising with parents/care givers and professionals (if need be) such as counselors, speech therapists and health visitors
<br>• Develop a positive relationship with each child and promote the development of self- esteem and self-discipline
<br>• Observe each child daily to assess skills, interests, and needs and use this information to facilitate learning and growth
<br>• Establish a positive relationship with each child’s family and share information about the child’s day at the nursery
<br>• Participate in staff meetings, nursery activities, events, and professional development sessions
