CIS Group, a leading ICT company based in Jal El Dib, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager – IT Sales to join our growing Sales team. <br>This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a career in technology sales, work with industry experts, and develop strong client relationships within a fast-paced environment. <br> <br>Key Responsibilities: <br> <br>• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients by promoting ICT products and services (hardware, software, and solutions) <br>• Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and networking <br>• Maintain strong client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention <br>• Conduct regular follow-ups with clients and address any issues in a timely and professional manner <br>• Prepare and deliver tailored ICT sales proposals in coordination with the Pre-Sales team <br>• Stay up to date with market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies <br>• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order execution and timely delivery. <br> <br>Requirements <br> <br>• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field <br>• 0–3 years of experience in ICT or technology sales , Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply <br>• Fluency in Arabic, English, and French <br>• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills <br>• Good negotiation and problem-solving abilities <br>• Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach
