The role focuses on building sustainable training programs, including advanced and specialized courses, while also providing guidance on equipment procurement, training implementation, and operational readiness. The SME conducts assessments, site visits, and market research to ensure training and resources align with operational needs and established standards. </p> <p> <strong>Primary Responsibilities:</strong> </p> <div> <ul> <li>Work with ISF to design a plan to create the structure and curriculum for advanced/follow-on courses at the academy.
