<section><p class="heading jdMain">وصف الوظيفة</p><p class="heading">الأدوار والمسؤوليات</p><div class="paragraph"><p>تبحث Aspire Software عن مهندس برمجيات للانضمام إلى فريقنا في لبنان. فيما يلي نافذة صغيرة إلى شركتنا: تدير Aspire Software وتدير شركات برمجيات مملوكة بالكامل، وتوفر حلولاً حيوية عبر عدة قطاعات. من خلال تطبيق أفضل ممارسات الصناعة، توفر Aspire عملية تكامل حساسة للوقت، وسمحها نموذج اللامركزي بأن تصبح مركزاً لخلق نمو سريع من خلال إعادة الاستثمار في محفظتها.</p><p>حول الدور: نحن نستعين بمهندس Go متوسط المستوى لبناء وتشغيل الخدمات المصغرة في جوهر نظام المدفوعات لدينا. ستتولى الخدمات من التصميم API وهياكل قواعد البيانات وحتى الاختبار والتعبئة والتشغيل في بيئة يتسم فيها الدقة والأمن والاعتمادية بأنها غير قابلة للتفاوض. هذا دور بناء عملي بملكية واضحة وفرصة للنمو إلى أعمال منصّة وهندسة معمقة. خدماتنا هي واجهات REST/JSON (Gin) منشورة على AWS ECS، ويتم التعامل مع الرصد اليوم من خلال الخدمات الداخلية. مع توسع المنصة، هناك مساحة حقيقية للمساعدة في رفع مستوى الهندسة من خلال إدخال مقاييس وتتبع موزع ورصد مُنظم ومعايير CI/التدقيق الثابت أقوى. إذا كنت تحب امتلاك الأنظمة وتشكيل طريقة بنائها، فستجد ذلك المجال هنا. ستنضم إلى فريق هندسة يستخدم أدوات تطوير بمساعدة الذكاء الاصطناعي كجزء قياسي من سير العمل. نتوقع من المهندسين استخدام هذه الأدوات بشكل جيد للتحرك أسرع بدون التضحية بالصرامة التي تتطلبها المدفوعات.</p><p>ما ستفعله</p><ul><li>تصميم وبناء والحفاظ على خدمات مصغرة Go (واجهات HTTP، وبطاقات جانبية، ومعالجات خلفية) تتعامل مع تفويض المدفوعات والتكويد والتسوية والتقارير.</li><li>كتابة Go نظيفة ومختبرة جيداً: اختبارات وحدوية قائمة على الجداول، تبعيات مُزيفة، وتغطية ذات معنى على المسارات التي تحرك الأموال.</li><li>تمييز وتحسين الخدمات من حيث الإنتاجية العالية والكمون المنخفض (pprof، قياس الأداء) مسارات المعاملات حساسة للكمون.</li><li>التكامل مع مخازن البيانات العلائقية وNoSQL (MySQL، DynamoDB، PostgreSQL)؛ تصميم الهياكل ونماذج الوصول والترقيات التي تتحمل الضغط وتتطور بأمان.</li><li>بناء واستهلاك واجهات خدمات داخلية، بما في ذلك المصادقة من خدمة إلى خدمة والمكتبات المشتركة للمنصة.</li><li>تعبئة الخدمات بواسطة بناءات Docker متعددة المراحل وشحنها من خلال خطوط CI/CD إلى بنية سحابية.</li><li>التكامل مع معالجي الدفع من طرف ثالث وخدمات AWS، معالجة البيانات الحساسة بما يتوافق مع PCI DSS ومعايير الأمان لدينا (تشغيل آمن، إخفاء البيانات، TLS، إدارة الأسرار).</li><li>إدراج الاعتمادية في تدفقات حركة الأموال: التكرار، المحاولة، والتسوية/التوافق.</li><li>المشاركة في مراجعة الشفرة، مناقشات التصميم، النوبة على الخدمة، والاستجابة للحوادث للخدمات التي تملكها.</li><li>استخدام أدوات التطوير المعتمدة على الذكاء الاصطناعي (مثلاً GitHub Copilot، Claude Code، Cursor) بشكل فعال ومسؤول كجزء من العمل اليومي.</li></ul></div></section><section><p class="heading">ملف المرشح المرغوب</p><p class="paragraph"></p><ul><li>3+ سنوات خبرة في هندسة البرمجيات الاحترافية، مع خبرة production في Go من ضمنها (خبرة مستوى متوسط).</li><li>درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسوب أو مجال ذي صلة، أو خبرة عملية مكافئة.</li><li>إتقان قوي لأساسيات Go: التزامن بشكل صحيح (دورة حياة goroutine، انضباط القنوات، إلغاء السياق)، الواجهات، معالجة الأخطاء، الوحدات، والمكتبة القياسية.</li><li>خبرة في بناء واستهلاك واجهات HTTP RESTful، ويفضل بإطار ويب Go (نستخدم Gin).</li><li>إتقان عملي لقواعد البيانات SQL (تصميم المخطط، الاستعلامات، المعاملات) نستخدم MySQL مع sqlx.</li><li>الراحة مع Docker وخطوط CI/CD كجزء من سير العمل التطويري العادي.</li><li>خبرة مُثبتة في استخدام أدوات التطوير بمساعدة AI (Copilot، Claude Code، Cursor، أو مشابهة) في عمل حقيقي وحكم جيد حول متى تصدق وتتحقق وتتجاوز مخرجاتها.</li><li>انضباط صارم في الاختبار وعادة كتابة كود قابل للصيانة قابل للمراجعة.</li><li>اتصال كتابي وشفهي واضح، عقلية تعاونية ومتمركزة حول الملكية، وراحة في العمل ضمن فريق Agile/تكراري في الموقع.</li></ul><p>المؤهلات المفضلة</p><ul><li>خلفية في المدفوعات / التكنولوجيا المالية، بوابات الدفع، معالجة البطاقات، التكويد، PCI DSS، الاحتيال، أو أنظمة المعاملات المالية.
